Very rude customer service through the phone. I spoke with a lady on the phone and I asked if they have a stylist available, then she proceeded to ask if I want to make an appointment and as I was STILL talking about needing a haircut today, she hung up. So glad I didn’t get my haircut here tho because if the customer service is disgustingly disrespectful then the service will too.

I would rate Raven of London Hair Studio & Elisa 100 stars instead of 5 if I could! Best hair Stylist & Colourist I've ever had! I have known her for years & years. She is a beautiful person inside & out. Her salon is my happy place & she does the most gorgeous cuts & colours! Nobody does the fashion colours like she can! She is a TALENTED artist & a great listener. My hair is REALLY THICK & I only trust her with my hair (she has helped me grow it back out after I caused it some damage & I love my hair again because of her!) She is an exceptional & gifted person with a heart of Gold! Her salon is clean, sparkly & has a beautiful esthetic! She has an amazing personality & makes you feel at home. I always leave feeling Gorge & refreshed! I always get so many compliments- even months after she does my hair people tell me how amazing it looks!

I’ve been going to Elisa Raven for about 10 years; I’ve followed her around London to 3 different shops (so happy she now has one she can call her own), and I even moved to Montreal for 3 years, where, even in my efforts, couldn’t find a local hairdresser that could compare to how Elisa knew my hair so, I made sure to make appointments during my bi-monthly visits to London.
She has earned her loyal clientele by always keeping up-to-date on hair trends and products and by keeping a detailed profile for your hair-history so that you always know you’re getting the same colour. I am very particular about my hair and I trust her wholeheartedly to know what my style is and to steer me in the right direction when I want to try something new! Love the new shop!
