As soon as you enter Ray Cullen Chevrolet, you are greeted with a welcome by all members of the team. I could not be happier with their overall service and support. From reception, sales, to service, everyone makes sure that you are looked after accordingly. Especially Evan from sales - he deserves a 6th star if it were possible. Evan takes the time to get to get to know his clients on a personal level. He is extremely dedicated to delivering the best service possible. I have now purchased two vehicles from Evan, and he ensured that I was looked after every step of the way - which guaranteed a seamless trade in/transaction both times. It is evident that he is dedicated to his career with his knowledge and expertise of the industry. Working in sales myself, I believe a referral is the best compliment, and Evan definitely gets my referral! Looking forward to working with him again!

Do not recommend service department. Had an appointment and almost 2 hours later vehicle was still not looked at. Ended up leaving with the warranty part to get the job done somewhere else.

We got a chevy Malibu from Chris Rose. It was an amazing experience. He explained everything to us and was answering all our questions with patience. I would recommend Ray Cullen and Chris.

Stay away from service
I'm a used car dealer and needed a few things diagnosed and estimated on a 2015 gmc yukon xl I purchased at an auction and it had a few issues. We had already checked out the car before hand but the the auction needs an oem dealer to do the diagnostic and estimate of repairs so I can return the car for undisclosed issues. Issues were:

1) transmission
2) Running boards not working
3) suspension problem
4) blind spot detection

They were the only dealer who had an appointment open fairly soon and I needed this diagnosis as soon as possible so i dropped it off there. I called in for a question about the vehicle. Justin Fraser talks to me and says just so you know each issue is going to cost you 150 each so a total of 600 dollars just to see the issues and quote them. I was taken by surprise how in the world does that make sense. We had already checked out the issues at our shop and it took less than an hour to figure out all the issues together. I understand maybe the transmission issue needs more time but everything else is accessible and visible and it does not cost 600 dollars to do that. I just told them to look at the transmission as I had a deadline to submit the paperwork to the auction I had no other choice. I can't believe they actually tried that on me absolute robbery.

I had a problem not long ago with the service of my vehicle and I felt as though no resolution was going to happen. Mr. Cullen wrote me and passed my information off to Julie to help come to a resolution. Julie was very kind, understanding and professional. She went above and beyond to help settle the issues. I am very happy with how this matter was sorted in the end. She made it so I can call her when I have future problems with my vehicle, knowing I will be taken care of properly and professionally. It's nice to know that Mr. Cullen has outstanding employees.

I used to go to anywhere to have work done. I started going to Ray Cullen for oil changes about 2 yeats ago, and have sinced used them for repairs and general maintenance.

They have always been, helpful, friendly, professional, and timely. Great staff and excellent work.especially if you own a GM or Chev product.

Can't wait for the show room and lot to be replenished with new models.

I hate pushy sales people; that being said I had the pleasure of having Micheal as my sales guy. He wasn't pushy at all, but he was eager to help look at vehicles and answer any questions I had. I am a picky person and I had a lot of questions. He was happy to answer all of them! Anything he wasn't 100% sure about he was determined to find out. He looked through all the paperwork on the vehicle to find my answers. I left with all my questions answered and my first purchase of a vehicle. He was super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He was dedicated from the minute I called him to the minute I left the lot with my van.

This is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with in the 30-some years I've owned a vehicle. Their service department is top-notch and has even been able to fit me in for emergency visits prior to vacations. If you happen to have any issues with the work, they will make it right for you without any hassle. I'm looking forward to purchasing my next truck from here!

I have had my car in the service department several times. I have found the staff to be friendly and the work to be honest. I will continue to bring my business to them and would recommend them to everyone who is looking for an honest place to have your vehicle serviced.

We had to have our battery pack replaced as part of the Chev Bolt recall. We received the runaround at another dealership and called Ray Cullen. From the first call through to the successful replacement of the battery pack, the staff were great to deal with. They called when they said they would, the service was excellent and when we had a charging level issue they fixed it promptly. I would definitely refer anyone to Ray Cullen. Shout out to Chris and James in the service Dept. Thanks

I want to give a shout out to Chris and James in service who helped me out with work that needed to be done to safety my fathers truck before I bought it off of him. Unfortunately during work related to the gas tank system a hose was kinked and the vacuum line was loosing pressure. On Star identified the error code and suggested it was the gas cap and it would go away after 'a few drives'. Nearly 200km later the light was still on and I developed a knocking in the front when taking corners. I work in Strathroy so I had the dealership there take a look. They changed a strut bar and identified the engine light issue as it was up under the gas tank (the kinked hose I mentioned earlier) and suggested I bring it back. I stopped here the other day to talk about fixing it fully ready to have to make my case and argue my points but I was treated professionally and without any escalation. The truck was dropped off, and completely fixe the very next day. Not only this but the truck was washed for me and I was offered an oil change voucher which I'll need very shortly anyway.

All in all, something that could have been a huge drag turned out to be a really pleasant experience.

Thank you, we may get to know each other a little better over the next few years!

Alfred P. Sloan litreally said that planned obsolescence is something GM aims to achieve.

Does the current GM motor company / dealership hold the same philosophy?

Purchased a new car from Ray Cullen in the spring, had to have the body shop recently look at a scratch and dent I received, and just booked my first oil change with them and every time I have spoken with someone from the dealership they have been EXTREMELY pleasant to talk to and very helpful and polite, I always end the conversation feeling pleased that I was able to experience such great customer service. Also when I was dealer with the Body Shop employees they came up with a solution that was best for me and my car even though it was not involving their dealership-putting me and my car first.

I get all my synthetic oil changes for $70 and my seasonal tire change every year at $35+taxes, why would you go anywhere else, they're competitive to all the oil changes in London including Costco,

You can count on at least an hour and a half to get anything done! Very friendly customer service but boy oh boy it takes a long time. I waited an hour an a half to get an oil change done.

In July 2016, I was interested in ordering a 2017 Buick Envision.

After a test drive and some discussion, I was advised that Cullen never gives a discount from the list price on newly introduced vehicles. It was basically "take it or leave it".

Needless to say, I went to another Buick dealer here in the city and received a $1,000 more for my 2012 Verano trade-in and also a $3,000 discount from the list price.

This is long overdue. I am so incredibly impressed and I am so thankful that I chose to get my vehicle at Ray Cullen. Brian is an absolutely outstanding person and the company is lucky to have him. He made it so simple for me to get my first vehicle, he is honest, and he made the whole process stress-free. I knew that if I ever needed anything at all he is someone who can be counted on. Shortly after getting my vehicle, someone hit it in a parking lot, and the whole ordeal was a nightmare. I reached out to Brian and he put my mind at ease and assured me that everything would be fine and that my vehicle would be in good hands when I brought it in to the dealership for repairs. Alex looked after the repairs in the body shop, and my car looks perfect. He stayed in touch to let me know what was going on, and even offered to cover any additional expense if I needed a rental vehicle for longer than the expected time frame. I am very happy that I chose to come here. I cannot thank the good people here enough for the amazing service I received. Outstanding!

My first time buying a New Truck and it was not a good one. The sales man was great, but they could not give me the proper ETA on the truck it started by, it will be in by end of week, than end of week was here, than it was next week, than it was going on 3 weeks and they had no idea where the truck was and how long it would take. They should of maybe told me at the beginning that it would take 2-4 weeks to bring in a truck-in.but when I went in today they couldn’t even give an approx date because they don’t know where or when? How can someone run a business on it will come in sometime.
Not one time did I receive a call from the sale person or manager. I had to call them each time. I had great service with there service department. But they list me as a customer in a whole includes service. I can’t believe that they did not want to make things right to keep me as a customer.

Having purchased General Motors Vehicles most of our lives, we were surprised at the sour attitude when we needed to use the electric vehicle charger, because we had the Hyundai Kona EV. This charging station is offered on a public app, shouldn't it be available to all who are informed?
