Mori is an exceptional professional barber! His attention to detail and precision in every cut truly showcase his expertise. The atmosphere is welcoming, making each visit a delightful experience. Highly recommend Mori for a top-notch grooming session!

I don't write reviews most of the time but I feel like I was scammed. I showed my friends my nails and they encouraged me to write a review. I do not want this to happen to someone else.
I paid 85 dollars plus tax for my nails which took two hours and five minutes. It would have taken longer had I not stopped early as I had a yoga class close by that I had already paid for.
My nails at other places I have been to take 45 mintues-one hour and a half. I called and the staff member said that they would let me know later on whether or not they could refund me.
This is what my nails look like. I am not picky and I am ok if my nails are not perfect and this is not worth 85 dollars. I only got one of my nails painted with no top coat or bottom coat as I could not stay there for anymore hours.
I rated two stars because the lady that did my nails was very kind and sweet. Additionally the staff members I had spoke with on the phone were very positive and welcoming. Although the staff were kind, I am going to have to pay 60 bucks now to fix my nails somewhere else. This is really a waste of money for me.

Experienced staff. Ray has more than two decades of experience. They will do all they can to keep customers happy. Highly recommended!

I liked how very accommodating they have been. From my initial inquiry thru phone call until the actual appointment time. The lady who did my bangs did a fantastic job! I will be going back for sure

I worked in Ray salon as a hair stylist. It was really bad experience. I’ve been feeling like there are too many job on my plates, Mr Ray is too bossy and it's hurting team. He struggles to develop professional relationships.
He fails to differentiate between personal and professional relationships.
Team members have reported feeling unsupported and disengaged, impacting their overall motivation and productivity. To enhance his leadership skills, Mr Ray should focus on developing better communication and delegation abilities, as well as providing timely and constructive feedback to foster a more supportive and collaborative team dynamic.
He wasn’t professional at all, he asked us to work hard without paying enough money.
I don’t feel like my work is valued.

I have going to Ray Daniel for my hair style since 2003. Totally trust the staff and they very friendly and excellent at what they do. Definitely recommend it to all.

Mohamad cut my hair 2 times, both were a distaster. Hope he can undestand written english to see my comment. Very bad experience twice.

Always friendly staff and quality haircut. Ask for Morri who provides a great haircut and is very friendly to customers

Ray did a great job. I have been coming here for almost 6 years now and I never think of any other place to cut my hair.

I am glad to come this place. All employees are so professional, and provide your expectation. Definitely, this hair dresser is the best in toronto that l have ever met. Come and reshape your beauty!
