Ray Street Park

Great park! Loads of structures, along with an amazing splash pad. Lots of seating as well. Climb the big hill and you even get a view of the CN Tower.

Nice park, relatively well maintained. Small splash pad for kids. This park also have skate ramps and some simple hardware for exercises. Kids love this park as well as this lovely puppy in video (i am not the owner of the pup. This little fella absolutely adorable and it captured my heart).

The play space is VERY BUSY and crowded. Lots of parents just leave their kids to play and chit chat amongst themselves or look at their phone. Highly suggest watching over and advocating for your little ones since the older kids tend to hog certain equipment (ie UFO looking swing). If your kids are a bit younger, keep a close eye and beware of them.

Lots of cool structures for the kids to play on. There’s a smaller area for younger kiddos and a larger area for older kids. The ground is padded. Generally pretty clean.

Parking is on residential streets. Pretty convenient. There’s no washrooms at the park. Pretty inconvenient. Closest washroom is at the Langham Mall / Plaza, which is about a 10 min walk.

Lots of equipment, splashpad and an artificial foam-like surface rather than sand so it's not so messy.

Padded playground which is safe for toddlers. Roofed sitting area. Water sprinklers for kids. It feels good to spend half an hour with kid. My kid loved latest design of swings.
Roadside free parking.

Very convenient because it’s so close to grocery and restaurants and different stores, so quiet the park during my visits.
Love to stroll.
Good for families to play around.

My son and I cherish this park and we come here like almost everyday. It is normally pack with some friendly kids. Love it.

It might have been a bad day at the park, but there was garbage all over the place. Bins were overflowing and patrons who had eaten at the park had left food packaging everywhere. It's a park that has so many different parts to it and is interesting for a wide age range of kids. My perspective is a bit skewed because of all the litter. Discarded masks at the splash pad and parents not asking kids to clean up after themselves were big turn-offs.

Great place with lots to do. Lots of physical separation (spread out). Very small or limited water play area.

One of the best kids playground in the area. Sand area with simple climb rock, padded playground area, water sprinklers. It's pretty busy during the usual peak hours. But a great place for kids to play together.

My son rates it 4 stars as the monkey bars are too hard for him (7.5 year old). What does he like? Climbing up everything else!:)

One of the best playgrounds in the area. My 6 year old loves it. It's a very expansive playground, as well as a skate park and a splash pad. The park is a must if you have kids and live in the area

Great park to bring little ones or family members, the jungle gym/playground here is immense and everything is kept in tip-top shape. Came here for a photo shoot and really enjoyed the whole vibe, especially after how depressing everything is during COVID. The ground is also made of that bouncy stuff that will protect kids when they fall, and its proximity to so many houses means that it's probably a family favourite for many. Wholesome place, which is nice to see.

Playground in this park is quite clean and large. Well maintained. Splash pads onsite. The theme is about train and car.there is one small basketball court and one court with small hills for biking/skating. Close to T&T. Free parking surrounding the park. Overall it is well organized.i will give 5 stars.

Great park in Markham. Clean and all playscapes and toys in excellent condition. Congrats for the people and for the maintenance.

My child's favorite place to play, great care is taken in the maintenance of the park and ensuring it remains clean and safe. It can be busy at times but there is always something for a kid to do there and during the summer the splash pad is turned on giving even more options

It's interesting. Lots of things to do for the kids. They have a lot of sounds in some of the playground equipment. Many single person rides like the race car. Which seemed to be the most popular of these single person rides. There is also a rock wall and many pieces of exercise equipments around they playground. There is even a half basketball court and a skateboarding park.

Nice park, needs a water fountain and more shade. And a bathroom, natural area is full of litter and what looks like toilet paper napkins.

Great soft surface park for little ones and older kids. Can get very busy and there is also a splash pad area.

The park has a bit of everything for everybody. It has playground structures for toddlers and older kids, a small basketball court, a mini skate park and a water park. It's surrounded by townhouses and condo and right beside a supermarket. So on sunny day, it can be very crowded and the garbage cans get filled up quickly, when you start to see empty drink bottles and food scraps lying around.

It is a fairly new park and should be maintained more properly by city. The grass area around is not cut properly at all.
