I didn’t like the baqli palow. I could smell the meat was not cooked properly. Very unpleasant

Totally the Fesenjoon stew was miserable, but the chicken pieces in it were awful. They smell very bad and taste like uncooked and unseasoned meat, when I warmed the stew at home.
Although the kebab was ok.

Smells better than the taste. The koobideh sandwich wasn't tasty at all. The front desk makes fun of people who don't know the name of the kebob property or can't communicate Persian kabobs well. Rayhan in Iran is one of my favorite places to go.yet this place is a disgrace to the original branch back home.

I recommend here for take out with good price and good quality. They have very kindly staff and friendly environment.

I was one of the first customers when this placed opened up. Their customer service used to be really good but now it's horrible. The last time I went I stood there for so long before a girl came out to serve me. The prices here have increased dramatically. They used to serve koobedh kebob combo for 7.99 and now the same combo is for 18 dollars. I am sorry but thats just crazy. I stopped going.

Impressive renovation, very friendly staff, very clean, excellent food quality, and very good prices. Been going for seven years, new management but everything else is even better, so I will keep going there for sure.

We always buy Joojeh and Koobideh kebabs, and it's great. The high quality and large portion. I love restaurants that are generous with foods like rice or bread. These items don't cost much but add value for the customer. I learned that usually, restaurants that are generous in their portion size provide better quality foods, and I trust them more because they are less likely to serve you old foods (in my opinion). Your thoughts?

Presentation of food is good but the customer service is horrible. Also, the kubbedeh is bland and needs more flavour. Also they are overpriced! I asked for 1 extra piece of chicken on the side and she wanted to charge me $12.99. No thank you.

This business needs to learn how to price things accordingly.

First time was good, second time there was an issue with ordering only salad (picture shows salad, rice and meat) …. They say it doesn’t come with both…
Third time no salad dressing, today I ordered white meat and I got leg and again no dressing.
Food is good but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I used to enjoy this place very much when they first opened. Went back a few days ago, the customer service is trash and the girl behind cash was acting like so rude and un professional. Paid 28$ for 1 sultani and the beef was so low quality. Never go back! GO TO Hevaa, much better

Food was good, I enjoyed it very much.
I had no issues asking for salad only instead of salad and rice.
Food was made to order and it tasted quite good.
Will go back again.

Very nice customer service, specifically Setareh and Reyhaneh, they are both very understanding and kind. I really recommend this place.

Edit Jan 2022. Since their ownership is changed, Reyhon kebob is one of the best persian food take out restaurants. The portions are big and the quality is really good. I really recommend trying them.

Really good persian kebobs. The quality is very good and the process is very reasonable. I hope that over time the quality does not drop.

Absolutely love this place. I come regularly. They give huge portions and the best quality in middle eastern cuisine I’ve had.

Horrible customer service find hair in the food twice from my food when i return food the guy in the kichen got very mad and didnt want to expected.the rice was very cheap.i will never go back.

******Be ware of their prices. They have 3 different menus. When confronted they clearly knew nor did they care. They don’t provide totals over the phone nor do they list the updated prices in the store.

We ordered Salari Breast and Vaziri Breast, which include Barg Kebab, Chicken Breast and Koobideh Kebab. All were tasteless and dry. It was like I am having paper pieces.
Believe me this is not what you should expect from Persian food.

Super good food! I was in the area and a friend of mine recommended grabbing some Persian food. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed with this meal! I'd love to come back and try the rest of their menu.

I like the test of your meals but what make you out standing from other Restaurants is your supper friendly team which provides an amazing services and meals. The test of their meals is good and the price is affordable. The best dish that I have tasted there is their Tahdigh with Gheyme which it taste is not forgettable. Thank you.

The food is delicious but unfortunately this is the second time that they forgot to give me something that i had ordered.

Recently the taste is not as good as before. Being a customer for 5 years I changed to a different restaurant. I wish they could stay good as before.

Not worth the price. $13 for just a chicken, plain rice and a tomato. Not even a sauce or salad on top. Definitely not visiting again.

They provide good kebab and khoresh but they lose 2 stars when it comes to rice. I suggest they change to a rice a bit flavored.

Great quality food and exceptional service! The best take out place in Richmond Hill, always my first choice for Kebob.

I was recommended to this place by a colleague, and honestly was skeptical. This place is located just off of Yonge in a small plaza. I had to drive up and down the street to find this place as the strip plaza its located in is quite densely packed. What was even more confusing is that there is a Western Union literally in the store, so I wasn't even sure if I had the right place! Upon entering the menu is very simple and not overly extensive and there is a small bar area against the wall if you choose to eat in, but this place is definitely more of a take out place. So if your looking for an Instagram spot, your in the wrong place. But, upon entering I was greeted by the owners huge smile and friendly welcome. I ordered a Koobideh kebob, which was very reasonably priced compared to some other places I have seen. It comes with a very large portion of rice, two kebobs, grilled tomato and a side salad. It was a very very healthy portion that it could be shared between two people that are medium eaters. You can get half salad and two pitas in lieu of rice for the same price. The kebob was well done, juicy and flavorful, not overly salty with a very good flavor of charcoal smokiness as well. Overall what wowed me was that though this place doesn't have any major appeal, it does serve very generous portions, for a reasonable price, quite well flavored with friendly service is what leads to my rating. I have already gone back a few times, and if in the area would not hesitate to drop by on the regular.

They are doing great. Best service, reasonable price and very good quality of food! Going there won't make you disappointed!

2 words. Raw Chicken. So raw that it could not even be chewed. When cut open, it was completely pink. I could have been sent to the hospital from this food. Wondering how you can serve chicken that raw and be unaware

Delicious food but my first experience with staff was not good though. At this difficult era when everyone tries to keep social distance and wearing mask 2 of the staff haven't been wearing mask. And when I asked why you are not wearing mask the answer was because " It is hard and very hot in hear" one of those staff also was coughing.my first and last experince with Reyhan.

Very busy takeout and catering shop in the heart of Richmond Hill.

I would recommend to call ahead to order because they’re quite busy and can take a while before your order is ready. The space is rather small too so I’d rather only go inside when I really need to, like picking up my food.

Prices are reasonable. Meat portion is fair. I ordered the kebabs and they were delicious. It comes with a huge portion of rice. Rice is very fluffy, with the right enough of buttery fragrance. Delicious. The meals come with either a salad or a pop too.

The quality of rice was so low and I am sure it is not real rice, also meal served in unhealthy white container with the hot meal.

Good food, fast paced and friendly staff. Make sure to call them before going in. Make sure to ask for extra bbq tomato and they usually don't charge extra for it. Salad and rice comes with most dishes. Their stews are also really good and fresh. They do have tahdig as well which comes with a choice of stew. Thank you Reyhan kabob for good food.
