The front staff is so friendly and especially Ms. Parneet being so nice and professional.

Please ask your staff to wear gloves and clean your hands after touching the refrigerator, the cash machine and all the things before making the pizza and put the toppings or put new gloves on after that. Thank you.

Very awesome experience the girl standing on front around 10 pm i dont know her name.she was very helpfull she knows very well how to treat customers and pizza also very delicious fully satisfied

I got my little brother pizza and it was completely raw on the inside, $13 for two slices is crazy for completely raw dough. Don’t go here

Was told 5 mins for my slice to heat up. Waited almost 20 mins. Could have ordered a full pizza at that point. (Note to others, get your slice & heat it up at home)

Good customer service! Pizza is good and the only complaint I have is sometimes there is not enough cheese distributed on the whole pizza but overall this is my go to place.

Delicious pizzas and amazing customer service. Lots of free parking in the parking lot. Half moon cheesy bread is to die for! Tandoori paneer and shahi paneer pizzas are delicious. They are open later at night which is super convenient!

Yesterday I ordered Indian style wings … i liked the taste … they were so yummy and tandoori paneer pizza was super delicious

It took the lady 25 mins to give me two slices that were already made. And there were two pieces of hair on my pizza horrible service.

Too much waiting time the employees were just saying 10 mintute but its almost took 45 minutes.bad customers service ever!

Ordered samosa chat for 8 dollars and got 1 samosa and a few onions. A single samosa costs under a dollar. ‍️

Food was good but service is terrible. They try to force a sale by multiple add ons and won’t give me detailed receipt when I asked.

One and only place in GTA to have the perfect pizza. Pizza Depot, Ray lawson, is always my and my friends’ first and last preference whenever we crave for pizza. They have excellent menu and great timings too!

I moved to the city this month. Tried the pizza at Pizza Depot. Pizza was the best. The girl over the counter had superb customer service skills. She was humble and professional.

This place has the worst customer service in the whole world. If I can give them 0 or - I would them eye's closed. They don't care about the customer at all. The attitude the management and the employee have will make you never return to this place even if you starving to death. All what I did was complaint about there food straight to them instead of going public, but the reply you get when you tell them the truth what made me write this review. My food experience was really bad. Will I repeat or give them another chance hell NO. I would have given them a chance if they had there attitude right.

Pizza tasted great! Only down side was this is the second time that I have requested a specific delivery time but the request time wasn’t followed. Pizza Depot take note when filling online orders.

The employees at this location are very hard working. They provide me with good service every time. I sometimes go in morning and sometimes go at night.always helpful and nice.

Wow I found the best pizza store in town! Such quick service I was very impressed. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and fully loaded with toppings. I’ve tried many pizzas in the GTA but this was by far the best I’ve had. Staff and management are so polite and friendly it was a real pleasure ordering from this location. I will definitely be back for more.

️Often Take order from here, just met with the owner or manager whatever they are! They didn’t treat us nice They were so rude To the girls Talking with them And Didn’t even gave our pizza Which we ordered about 30 mins ago.the manager even told their employee to throw pizza In front of us due to the actual picture of pizza (it was burnt) they served to us! It was midnight. I don’t understand why these guys carrying such a rude attitude with their costumer.

I like the customer service and indian style pizza also. The best place to eat pizza in Brampton must visit and try delicious paneer fries also.

I ordered from here a while ago out of necessity. They told me it would be 25 minutes. Knowing this is a desi spot I showed up after 30 minutes but my food still wasn't ready. I paid and when it was finally ready, the girl at the front sent me off without one of the items I paid for (potato wedges). I realized as I was getting into my car so I went back inside to figure out what happened. The girl at the front told me they didn't have more wedges. She didn't bother telling me when I paid. She didn't bother telling me when I got my food and had slyly acted as if everything I had ordered was in my bag. That is scummy customer service. I know it's only one box of potato wedges but they should have has the curtesy to tell me before I paid for it and before I left the store. Worst part, she didn't even apologize. Also, the food was less than average. I'd rather eat Pizza Pizza's cardboard tasting pizza then eat here ever again.

Delicious and finger licking good pizza’s. The employee who took my order was really warm and very suggestive.
Plus points on the amount of sauce and toppings used judiciously.

Amazing team, always very warm with people. The Pizza there is just the best I ever had in Canada. Since we ordered our first pizza there, we stopped having from other places, we specially love the tandoori one, just delicious!

Very bad taste Sour pizza and bitter cheese. Very unprofessional and untrained staff. I ordered tandoori chicken pizza and I came home and found no spice in it and cheese was sour and bitter. It’s a Waste of time and money. There are better pizza places than this one. I am not gonna order anything from here again.
