Raymond's Flower Shop

This was the first time ordered funeral bouquet from this shop.the condolence tag on bouquet had important missing information in description. (one person who contributed was completely missing as well as our last name). Fortunately i was there at the viewing and (with the wrong colored pen) squeezed in at the bottom of condolence card the rest of description.
For a surprise party this can be overlooked somewhat, however for a funeral occasion is a pretty bad mess up. Also the gladioli were replaced with cheaper snapdragons.even though other bouquets present had gladioli flowers. If you get disgruntled with a job in a retail store quit, and don't become complacent sacrificing quality and attention to detail. Will not recommend this shop to friends.

Ordered same day delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday at next day, but received the flower 2 days after. Also, the actual flower is so different to the picture. I contacted the shop for explanation, no response. Very very bad experience.

I called in to have flowers delivered and the person who answered the phone after me asking I would like to order flowers for a delivery in this area. Talked very fast to I asked her to repeat what she said. And she said they have cut off their delivery for mothers day and hung up the phone
If you take pride in being the oldest flower shop then you need to hire better staff!?

Recently moved in across the street and went in to buy some flowers for mother's day. Great service, beautiful plants, and all at a fair price. Brought my girlfriend to show her the place and they paid for our chocolate bar. Overall very nice people who do a great job! Love this place!

Hands down best place to shop for flowers! We partnered with them for our Valentine's Day Rose Fundraiser and the roses were ethereal and the perfect size. Every body loved the roses and were surprised with the scent and quality. Thanks Raymond's Flower Shop Team for putting smiles on hundreds of faces:)

I got 45 roses from them today for an event at my University and I must say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ROSES. The hand off was perfect and the shop itself is so beautiful. The quality of the roses is phenomenal!
Everyone inside was super nice and so helpful!
I still can’t believe that getting flowers is this easy cause this shop definitely made it look easy. I’m so excited that they were able to accommodate my order during one of the busiest days of the year, so yeah I’d definitely shop here in the future!

I discovered this shop online about 7 years ago when I needed to mark a close friend’s birthday from afar. I have been a loyal customer since. Raymond’s has helped me be there for friends and family for all of the moments that matter, when I couldn’t be there in person.

All of the flowers I’ve purchased from Raymond’s have been of high quality. I’ve sometimes received pictures of the deliveries and they matched my expectations from the website.

I highly recommend this shop! I ordered flowers here for an event and Christine was super friendly and helpful in putting together the arrangement. The flowers were perfectly wrapped and lasted well throughout the day.

Our story started here four years ago. My boyfriend made the first gift from this store. The two cute ladies still offering so many good designs with their warm hearts.

My son was going to an athletic banquet and last minute wanted to get his girlfriend a flower. We didn't have much time but Raymond's was fast and professional, putting together a lovely flower arrangement. My son made it just in time for the event and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we had. Highly recommend this flower shop!

Great experience here. Just walked-in trying to buy a bouquet for an upcoming ceremony (I’m inexperienced, did not know the proper process is to order earlier). I still received the owners’ patient help to prepare the bouquet. They asked me about the details needed (flower color, ribbon color and stem length). Very helpful service and good product. Favorite flower shop. They were busy but had time for a walk in custom order. I always shop here.

Prices are very high when compared to other flower shops, a dozen for 96$ which doesn’t make any sense. The owner when I asked was very mean to me, and didn’t give me even one minute to ask how can I help you. She showed me that she is very busy and doesn’t have time to reply, even when she replied the answer was too short and with attitude. Overall a very bad customer service, and very high prices.

I recently received the most beautiful bouquet of autumn flowers that I have ever seen. The ceramic planter was in the shape of a pumpkin and very high-quality. It really put a huge smile on my face and definitely is the most beautiful table arrangement I’ve had. Also, they were very considerate to find a suitable delivery time.

I took on the hobby of growing and care of houseplants since we all have to stay home and behave. Raymonds are a wonderful resource of info when I need help. They are always very busy but are so very generous with their time and products. I love to go there to see what's new. Thank you to all who work there. They are locally owned not a chain. All my plants will come from Raymonds.

Absolutely beautiful flowers! Got some for my mom for her birthday and they delivered to her and she absolutely loved it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs flowers for any occassion.

Amazing staff here. I was in a hurry and stopped in to ask for a particular flower they were out of. But they took the time to make suggestions of where I might find them at other stores and offered some alternatives flower suggestions if I could not find them. Highly recommend.

I ordered flowers for my sister who loss her daughter. I wanted them delivered on a particular day. They were unable to deliver on that day as they could not get in touch with her. I was very upset but they rectified the situation by upgrading the flower arrangement and the owner personally delivered the them to my sister. Things do go wrong sometimes but Raymond's flowers went out of their way to change my experience. They really care about their customers. I will definitely use them again!

I placed a same day order for my wedding bouquet the day my husband and I eloped. Raymond's Flower Shop created a gorgeous romantic bouquet for me that looked amazing in all my photos - I received so many compliments on it! Huge thanks to them!

Update May 2020: Raymond's brought a huge smile to my Mom's face this year for Mother's Day! It is such a difficult time due to COVID and even though I couldn't give my Mom a hug on Mother's Day I'm so grateful I could send her a beautiful arrangement thanks to Raymond's Flower Shop! ️
