Planning a wedding can be stressful, especially finding competent, professional and supportive vendors. From day one, Sasha delivered the most excellent service. She followed up with every phone call, message and email. She addressed every concern of mine with grace and added her own input when necessary. She ensured to make my vision come to reality (and make it look even better than my vision). She really went out of her way to make sure the process was seamless for my husband and I.

Coordinating and planning my ceremony decor with Sasha's undying support, was my most favourite experience of planning my wedding by far. I wouldn't look any further, choose RB Decor. You will be in excellent hands.

She acted very professional and accommodating in the beginning but things started to take a turn once we booked her for our engagement. On many occasions, she was late to our appointments/meetings, she would never respond to my texts or answer calls. One time she asked me to come in to the venue to make a deposit, when I got there, she told me she "forgot" to tell me that i was actually supposed to go to the office (i rushed to get there during rush hour from work). Drove another 15 minutes to get to her office to find out her assistant whom i was supposed to meet with wasn't even there. A few days before my event, I confirmed if there were going to be cushions on our loveseat/bench and she reassured me there would be.there were not. My fiance and I had aching backs because we sat uncomfortably for over 6 hours. Super unprofessional woman, not sure how she is in customer service. I asked her a day before if my family could go in early to set up.she didn't respond to me until 30 minutes before my event started. I could go on but you get the gist.

I was super excited to be booking with RB Decor, I loved their work right from the beginning but was disappointed on my wedding day. The arch was unstable and was literally dipping forward exposing the stand and completely ruining the photos. I will be completely transparent in saying that the decor was set up the night before, but if the decorators were aware of this then something should be done to ensure the decor will last as long as it needs to! The venue was empty up until the ceremony started, and I can assure you nobody ruined the decor after the setup. The stress it caused just before the beginning of the ceremony was draining! My guests had to help in fixing it as best as they could by taking florals from the vases so at least the rest of my pictures came out decent. So so disappointed. I was given an extremely minimal refund.

RB Planners were super-accommodating! They also responded to our emails/requests very promptly. We are grateful to have chosen them as our decorators!

Poor service. Not accommodating at all with the covid situation. The staff is rude with the client. The owner is never available to talk & lies about her availability.

I regret even trying to get my services done with them.

The team at RB Planners is extremely talented and their customer service is great. They have a beautiful office and showroom, and their work is gorgeous! Always a smooth experience whenever we rent items from them.

Rimsha was very understanding with what I was looking for. I got married during Covid19 and she was willing to work with me to make all necessary changes. I was very happy to see the stage decor, it looked elegant and beautiful. Thank you to Rimsha and her team!

Sasha and her team are simply the best! The uncertainty the pandemic put on my wedding plans made things extremely difficult as I tried my very best to nail down details for RB team. From March until August, everything Sasha and I had discussed prior was changing monthly but never once did they lose patience with me. As the situation improved, Sasha and her team did not miss a beat and adapted to every change I had coming down to the wire. And believe me, there were many last minute changes!

I didn't even tell you the best part - the price! RB Planners will give you great quality for a fraction of other vendor's prices. I found this out from a fellow bride at my venue. You can do the comparison yourself, but I can garantee you will come back to RB Planners. The wedding industry is such money-grab, but Sasha and her team suggested, provided and appropriately priced everything I needed for my event to look elegant despite the pandemic circumstances.

It was totally worth it to stick it out and work with RB Planners! If you do the same, you can rest assured that they will not add to the stress of planning decor; they will lessen it! Sasha and her team are transparent, genuine and deserving of your business. I am glad I was able to work with and support them. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Horrible customer service. Despite thinking that everything was going well, I faced a huge safety hazard during my wedding. The flower arch on the stage became unstable and the beam lowered from one side on its own; causing a light bulb to fall and the stage to just look like a mess throughout the rest of the event.

I contacted Rimsha after my wedding to which she claimed that it was not her responsibility because it was during the event. How can someone cause a beam inside a flower arch at the back of the stage to be lowered even if they touched it? I'm sure they know it was their fault but don't want to compensate or claim responsibility in any way. You need to improve your customer service and respond in a timely manner!

Worst customer service ever! The prices are extremely overrated. I happen to go there when the manager was present, she was not courteous at all and didn't want to answer my question. I left and I am sure she will never even remember I was there. Definitely don't recommend it!

If you want quick and reliable rentals with little to no stress, please don't rent from this company. Initiallly I was pleased with how they were accommodating but the day of they were nothing but stress.

I ordeord 105 chivari chairs for my August wedding and when it came down to the time where we expected the chairs to arrive to the venue they we're no where to be found. My wedding coordinator got in contact with them and they told us that someone from our side came and picked up the chairs. We paid for delivery through rb planners. They couldn't even tell us who picked up the chairs and we became frantic.

30-45 mins later the chairs arrived. Relived, we rushed to set them up.

You would not believe the state these chairs were in. They had fresh coffee and wine stains on a lot of the cushions which we had to cover when we had no intention to.

All in all the experience was more than lack luster and our complaint email through our wedding coordinator went unanswered. Save yourself the time, pay a little more to get the quality and reliability your wedding deserves.

I am Chinese-Canadian and my husband is Tanzanian-Gujarati-Canadian. For our wedding we really wanted someone who was able to confidently do decor for our Indian events and then switch over to a more secular design for other events. We met with a lot of different decor companies trying to acheive this goal. One of our best decisions in planning our wedding was going with RB Planners. Rimsha and Sasha are so easy to work with and increadibly accommodating. Their team did our decor as well as florals. When we first met Rimsha, we had a lot of ideas about what we wanted things to look like, but nothing was really put together. We gave all of our ideas to Rimsha and Sasha and trusted their expertise to make it happen. They are truly professionals at this and required very little guidence. A lot of decor companies we met with would look at our ideas and tell us they were not possible or that the price of what we wanted was astronomical. There were even times we would say to Rimsha "we know this is complicated, so if it is not possible we can live without it" and she would say to us "No! This is your vision and we are going to make it happen for you. " It was amazing knowing that our vision was her vision as well. RB did the decor for three large events (200+ guests) at White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake: an Indian Sangeet, secular wedding ceremony and a secular wedding reception. Because we gave Rimsha very little instruction and trusted her expertise, we were absolutely floored when arriving at the hall for the first event, our Sangeet. This plain conference room had been transformed into a palace of colour and liveliness. Our wedding ceremony was a couple days later in the gardens of White Oaks. There were two other weddings happening on that day in the gardens, and I have to say.ours looked the best! The last event was the wedding reception which was actually in the same room as the sangeet. It was simply amazing how the room completely transformed with their work. Now, we were in a floating garden paradise. The decor was beyond perfect, better than I could have imagined. One of our friends commented that "Pinterest has not even seen this yet! " Rimsha and her team were able to execute a scene that was so extravagent and beautiful, but in no way felt over-the-top or tacky in any way. It was classy and luxurious. I could not recommend RB Planners more!

Amazing experience! Friendly staff. The owner is super talented. I fully trusted her with my wedding and she did an amazing job. Better then any other vendors I had at my wedding. Unfortunately I cant reply to MILICA who left a negative review all over social media but I do want to say how stupid this girl sounds. LOL I mean after receiving a reply she is still complaining. She must be such a princess who wants to be chased after. I've never wrote a review before but I came across this review of this girls which made me laugh. She blocked them because she didn't have the courage to tell them on their face that she wanted to be chased. I hope the vendor who she found to replace rb planners doesn't show up at her wedding. I hate when others try to sabotage businesses like this. Karma will bite you in the ass MILICA! I run a small business too and I know how hard it is and its people like you who just sit in front of a computer and write negative comments without any reason. HOpe your wedding is a disaster after what you did. I'm sure you have done this to so many other hard working vendors. RB Planners is lucky to not have a client like you!
