Seriously.why is there just 2 people working when there is a huge line up. RBC needs to step up.

Worst bank in the world they dont help i go there because whn i use my credit card it show double transctions and amount which i already clear also show again nd whn i go in bnk they say we dont do anything u can call mastercard this is not our problem but if i hve rbc account tht why i get rbc mastercrd credit …then why dont u help ….

This Branch is Very Slow, everyone is either new or just lazy and on top faulty equipment as always.

This branch's staff is very helpful especially one lady whose name is Mahnoor, she is a very kind lady, She always keeps a smile on her face. She helps us when money is deducted from my husband's account and I feel without her help we couldn't refund our money.

Perhaps things are looking up at this branch? Was assisted by a young lady by the name of MS. NORR. Very tentative prompt and professional.

Just left there first thing in the morning had to pay some bills. A simple task turned into a disaster? They have 5 windows only 2 are operational? The 3rd person had his teller window closed? I dont know his name, however this heavy set gentleman had to be reminded by a young lady amongst his peers that they have a line up? His response that he was doing work? What is MORE important than tending to the customers or doing his work that can obviously be done in the run of the day? Terrible team work does not listen to a fellow worker that obviously can see the overall picture?

The manager (I wish I knew his name) was very friendly, kind and respectful. He helped me with an incoming wire transfer.

Gave wrong void cheques to me and then even they dont replies to mail.
They didnot understand someones urgency.

Worst rbc branch i been to. The customer service reps are all loud and all in your business, there is no account for privacy or professionalism. Asking person question to loud is so unprofessional and making person opinion judgements asking when exactly I am going on my vacation, and opinion on the amount of amount I taking out to spend for a short trip. None of your business!

One of the best experience so far dealing with anyone in RBC. I have been a RBC client from last 10+ years, but never dealt much at the branch level. Urgently needed some withdrawals and went to branch on Queen and Chinguacousy. Gladly, I came across Ms. Devina B.who not only helped, but went above and beyond with great customer service and follow up call as well. One of the best RBC branch in town. She's an asset to RBC. Thank you for all the help.

This location does NOT know how to deal with professional clients. If you are a small business owner, providing professional services do NOT bank here, very unprofessional and incompetent would defiantly not recommended. Their service interfered in my ability to carry on my business, and thus negatively impacted my deals.

Went today to check the options for converting from variable to fixed mortgage. First, I had already booked an appointment 2 days ago the person didnt show up. Secondly, other rbc staff at the branch helped me to redirect to the other available person in the office. I told her i think interest rates are going up and would like to explore my available options for fixed mortgage. She mentioned Rbc is not increasing the rates but i told her if Bank of Canada will increase then by default rbc will also increase but she still insisted rbc is not increasing.totally confused.

The staff have insufficient knowledge of product and requirements and make matters difficult by requiring personal presence for every transaction even during this Covid times. I mean some translations are better completed online or remotely. They need to change.

WORST RBC IN BRAMPTON! The tellers are extremely slow at this branch, no one greets you upon entry, very terrible experience. Unfortunately for me, this is the nearest branch to my home, therefore, I find myself at this institution often. I've never written a review on a bank before, but waiting in this line for the past hour has allowed me to share one of many experiences at this location.

If the intention is to remain inaccessible when customers have time to visit the branch like Saturday, then why to have lockers in the branch. August is the wedding month when you need the access to locker, It is better to make it cash withdrawl atm machine and install solar panels in the branch. It will help in reducing the carbon footprint due to this branch. Chargepoint chargers will be another good replacement and will save the bank charges for the customers as well also.

The worst location I've been. I had my account more than 4 years and I do regular deposit same check, so I asked supervisor to release for me more fund from my regular deposit, she offered %3 release! Which I don't need her to release the %3. I can do online, or ATM deposit and I'm still getting my %3 realse. Even I mention that this check is regular check and I have it in month based from 4 years! Never recommended this location.

I had big issue with my bank account for my company account but with the Help of Suki Dhesi it got all resolved, she went out her away to help me. She is very helpful and friendly person, would love to do more business with this branch rep. Just to mention their branch managers Charu and Assistant Branch manager also helped as much they can to help Suki resolve the issue. Would be doing more business with this branch. Really appreciate their help. Would recommend my family.

Trying to open a new account with RBC and am directed to this branch. The manager has canceled my appointment 2 times so far with no rescheduling. Once she didn't even show up for my appointment time and no explanation given. Trying to reschedule with someone else is impossible. Can't get anyone on the phone. Someone left me a message saying to call them to reschedule and when I try the number it says the number doesn't exist. Like they're running a scam! Very frustrating. Could give zero stars.

Really bad service. For last 3 years they have not changed. Even the management leadership has the same attitude as the front workers. They are not concerned with your banking needs.

After intervention of the branch manager and Syed Farah, I got what i needed from the Bank and they were so co-operative. Definitely recommend to other people.

Stall was incredibly rude and arrogant. They caused me a lot of financial distress, W.hen I tried to ask questions, I was shut down, especially the older coloured lady. I cant believe a financial instituiton like rbc, would employ people like this, I am considering a lawsuit

Wish they could at least open earlier around 8 to accommodate for people who have to start work by 9. And from Monday to wednesday they close at 5, before we even get a chance to leave from work. You can't wait till thursday or friday all the time for banking matters. Inconvenient branch

Take your business else where if you are banking with Royal Bank. Been doing personal and business banking with this branch for past 2 years and after two years they started putting hold on my business regular cheques. Making my small business suffer where I am now and will be missing business payments. Changed the whole staff and the new staff including branch manager is being inconsiderate to the small business needs. Will be switching to different banking institution soon. Called Royal Bank head office and they were no help either.
