I went to this RBC branch and Ms. Marjan, the employee of this branch, was very polite and patiently did my banking work.

Horrible approach from the tellers 3 40 pm walked in they all trying to not help and say come back tomorrow Inc manager

I genuinely think a worse bank branch doesn’t exist, this is #1. The managers and stuff are rude and dismissive, don’t explain account charges, and are unwilling to listen to customers. The wait time there is a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes, with minimum staff working, and everyone is truly incompetent.

Best go to a different branch or switch banks.

The Financial Advisors and Investor Specialist in this location are fraud and useless. I had a request to transfer my RRSP balance from another institution to my RBC account. After a month of communications and several written follow-ups, they didn't bother to start the process and completely ignore my request. The financial adviser booked a fake meeting and send me the recap of the meeting that never happened. This is how they earn money! If you like your job to be DONE avoid this location.

These people have no clue what there doing. The manger seems slow skip this bank if you can. Such bad attitude overall and service

Huge lines anytime you come. Employees wander around with their hands in pockets and chatting to each other… Worst service ever

The worst bank in all Canada, I called to open a bank account, they took my information and told me to just go to any branch with my ID to finish the process. I arrived at this branch unfortunately, I was served by a bald guy in his 50's with a "manager" attitude who treated me very rudely, raising his voice at me and asking if I was legal in Canada. Why the hell would I open an account if I'm not legal? Anyway, for all the newcomers avoid this branch, at TD Bank it took less than half an hour and the customer service was excellent.

Staff is not very professional. I went to this location few months ago to report an issue with my account. The FA could not give a straight forward answer and had to file a case for investigation which is fine. But after months waiting, I was told by call centre that the case was filed in a wrong way and not valid. Very disappointed

I lost a line of credit offer with rate of 3.74 % because of unprofessional employee of this branch! She did a big mistake with the check and I got a call few days later informed me about listing this opportunity!
I asked the manager to fix this issue but he couldn’t do anything! Also the receiving account was charged because of unsuccessful transaction!
I went to the branch again to wave the extra charge and I’ve been told that manager will call me in an hour but he didn’t call me in four past days!

The worst location ever for our banking needs. Every teller takes a lot of time for one customer as much as 10 mins for each customer. Had to wait 40 minutes just to get a draft. The Manager sits in one of the counter cross legged sipping his drink and pretending to be the CEO. His attitude towards clients is as if he is doing us a favor. The tellers don't seem to be knowledgeable at all. What a waste of time. Never going back there again.

The best costumer service I received today from Mrs. Rae Jadaananan she was very helpful with what i neede dto to today. I look forward to visiting this branch again

Worst experience ever. I went to deposit a check last Thursday and first off I was in there for almost an hour just to do just that! There wasn’t even a line when I got in. The teller was so slow, she seemed like she had no idea what she was even doing which annoyed me because I was on my lunch break. Anyway, they told me my release amount they can only give me $100 but ended up giving me half of my check amount & said the rest would be on hold for 4 business days. Fast forward to this week, I notice not only is the amount they said would be on hold, but so is the rest of my money in my account! All of it. Including an e-transfer I had received this week. I called RBC toll free and was told that somebody probably made an error and to go back to this branch and speak to the manager or supervisor because it doesn’t even make sense why someone would put my funds on hold.but CLEARLY by reading these reviews, I may not get a proper answer or solution because based on my experience and these reviews, they simply don’t care. I’m never going back here.

I have not personally been into this location that much but I have come here on and off to use the ATM over the last decade or so. I've used the plaza many times it's hard for me to recall because I've gone there for twenty years because since the Loblaws Superstore opened across the road actually one of the first in Canada.

Royal Bank does a very good job I find now this area might be particularly different because the diversity in this area makes Staffing and language skills very hard. So I can remind people that when customer service is not what you expect please be mindful that we all can try our best to do harder. RBC is a bank that I joined in the last few years but even when I took my finance degree over a decade ago it was considered the number to bank and it's always has had a strong traditional history of helping people and professionalism as well as security!

So please bear in mind that this Plaza can be busy drive safe and remember that City Life can be difficult so work hard to save your money and move away and help Canada grow like your Investments at RBC

What a great group of people! Always a smile and a warm welcome when coming to this branch, would highly recommend.

All RBC branches are horribly operated. If you want service, go to TD or another bank outside of Canada. RBC wants your money but doesn't want to accommodate you in any way shape or form for taking your money.

Only 2 employees worked and they were so slow. There was a line up and nobody cares! Everybody got upset!

Worst branch irresponsible managers.the main manager of this department is absolutely irresponsible, he is experiencing working for others he does not want to do anything, he just sits in his office and hangs out with his friends.and also other managers shove each other's work

Probably from all banks in Canada, I saw only one place where it treats visitors irresponsibly awful

I really like this place and the employees are really humble, cheerful and helpful. Manager, Asstnt Manager are so great they keeps a check wether you are served or not. Also they take allot of Covid precautions and maintains safer distance between clients and themselves as well. Multilingual customer service helps allot.

Only thing I can tell about this location - it is the place where Rauf Guliyev works, The Advisor. This man helped me several times to figure out all details of my accounts and loans. He explained everything very detailed, suggested options and helped to set up everything. Wish we could get highest quality service as here everywhere.

This is byfar the worst location ive been to for banking. All the tellers ive experienced are unprofessional and rude.

Rbc is a great bank I was very satisfied from customers service in different branches so far but today's experience wasn't as same as usual.

One star is probably too high, wish there was an option for minus.unprofessional, not sure where they find this employees, they make too many mistakes, seems like the costumers know better then the employees how to do what. Always have to drive to a different branch. -5 stars not 1 star.this place is a joke.

We went to this branch to obtain a certified check. We didn't want to pay fees by using our e-saving account, so we asked to transfer the amount from saving to checking account to avoid fees. The lady at the desk said there was no fees once a month while making payment using the e-saving account at the bank.

4 days later we noticed 5$ fees for making a payment using my saving account. We put a complain at RBC and they mentioned there was no such policy of free payment from this saving account. They gave us our 5$ back.

Either the personnel at this branch don't know their job or simply lie. RBC is a great bank and my glad they believe us and give our money back. But avoid that branch, go somewhere else.
