Terrible experience, wait time is one week to open a bank account with them. Better try with other banks, CIBC or TD the response is really quick and faster at least.

I went there to claim a lost debit card and withdraw money. Not only did the teller not even offer a temporary (I'm learning that could have been done) and she didn't even order a new one to my home so I've been waiting for a while and figured I'd call in to verify. Please ask the staff to be inquisitive, forthcoming, and diligent to help others. Thank you!

Every time I come here the line is so long it's almost always a 15 minute wait at least. Without having parking and considering the wait I will likely not come here again unless they start opening more tellers.

Long wait times, no urgency to help customers in a timely fashion like other larger branches in Toronto. If you want to waste 30 minutes waiting in line with 2 tellers working, then this is the bank for you!

Very very bad service. A simple transfer from one account to another can take over a week to process. And since they offer so bad services, trying to talk to them over the phone is next to impossible because the line is always busy. Too many people having issues I guess.

Be aware of their advisors at this location. They gave you incorrect information and you ended up paying higher interest rate. Their manager Sara Allaby was flipping around saying the info given were right then said she did not know what me and the other advisor was talking about because she wasn't there, but then she said the info the advisor given me was right! Another advisor said I should read the news and I should know, so what the advisor for? Aren't clients come to see advisor for their financial advise or banking info? This is the same guy that missed my appointment. The appointment at 1pm, called me around 4: pm. What a bunch of incompetent, lousy, messy, and irresponsible!

Terrible service closed without notice or explanation. Worse, redirects customers across town, where there is no additional capacity. Court filing downtown requires additional trip downtown again with very limited time. Unacceptable: not recommended for commercial or professional use or services

Two incidents that I am not happy w/ this branch. First, I have a company credit card from my work and I need to set up pin #. The teller told me that I can't do it bc it is a replacement card. I told my employer that and he said try a different branch on Huron Church Rd. Got it done there. Second one, I was depositing a Cheque to my employer's Inc account. I have the Bussiness client card (deposit only) w/ me. The teller told me either I have the pin # and do it with the atm or have the deposit slip with me, I don't have the pin or deposit slip. My employer and his other staff told me that I don't need the pin to deposit a cheque. Both incidents wasted my time for nothing. I am a visible minority and with my work clothes on, I wonder if that play any role.

I'm not one to write bad reviews online, but this branch is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I had Rita open a credit card for me and there was absolutely no communication from her end despite my endless follow up calls and emails. RBC should learn a thing or two about customer service from CIBC, I'm really regretting switching from CIBC to this bull. Steer clear away.

Although accomodating in the end, it was a HUGE deal to make an in person cash withdrawl of $5000. Like you are a bank!

Disappointed with this branch and it's staff entirely. Ivan and Rita are terribly disorganized. 2 month's later we are making an appointment with a different RBC to get the chequing account profile we came in for. 0 stars wasn't a choice.

I will never again take my business here. I tried calling and your automated system is absolutely terrible. Theres no option to talk to a real person. You continually ask for info I don't have nor want to provide because it's irrelevant to my question. You need a direct line to the bank without your jerkoff automated system that hung up on my 4 times. Nothing says I want your business like being hung up on repeatedly.

RBC bank in general is the worst bank to deal with. Whether its simple chequing /savings accounts or managing your mortgage payments, they suck! Their wait times are ridiculously long and customer service is lacking. Even when you call them, all you can talk to is a automated operator who gives the same answers and then hangs up! So frustrating. Not only that, but they give you two different cards to use. One debit and another visa debit. Every other bank combines then into one. I always lose one! Steer clear of this bank!
