Terrible experience, lady at the front desk that she didn't tell me her name was in a bad mood, I visited looking for help with a financial advisor and she said no one can help, that I have to be back around 3. I was there at 11am. Is frustrating that the people working on this locations should be there to help the customer!

Today, I visited the branch. It was a wonderful experience. Bilal and his team work together to sort things as soon as possible. He assisted me the GIC account activation and savings account opening. Other two ladies helped with the currency conversion and deposit of money. I felt very welcomed from the start. Keep this good work and environment. We’ll be visiting this branch more often for back related work.

We worked with Chris Hulit on a mortgage for our first home. Chris is an amazing professional: he always answered our questions extensively and in a timely manner and went above and beyond to get us the best rate RBC could offer. I had an issue with my online banking, I visited 2 other branches but they did not help me and wasted my 2 hours each time. AISHWARYA the bank advisor from this helped me and get the job done in 20 minutes.

OMG, I was greeted at the door with a pleasant hello and then YULIIA was my banking representative, it was my first visit since COVID and she took care of my needs and was very helpful and suggested things to consider.what a a great staff at this branch! Keep up the great work!

I've had very few truly infuriating interactions, especially in the last few years, but this has to be one of my top 5. Went in to this branch to report being a victim of fraud, and was spoken to like I was completely inept and had no intelligence whatsoever. As bank tellers, a majority of daily interactions have to do with customer service, and this man, Baljit/Baljeet (unsure of spelling) was incredibly unprofessional and extremely impatient and unkind. From scoffing in front of my face with one of his coworkers (an older woman whose name I unfortunately did not get), to rolling his eyes at every other question I asked/sentence I spoke, he proceeded to speak over me, my father (on the phone at the time to try and understand what was happening), and had to be pushed to even file the complaint. He tried to convince me that it wasn't necessary as he would just call in to the "back office" to get me an answer, and had to be asked multiple times to file a complaint regarding fraud. FRAUD. I would literally travel over 50km in this weather to go back to my home branch, than ever have to deal with these individuals again. Incredibly unprofessional, and will absolutely be filing a complaint regarding this interaction.
If management eventually sees this, please try to teach your front staff to speak to clients with respect!

Kylie was AMAZING.customer service on another level.
I felt like she really wanted to help me and I had just had a really bad experience at another branch so this was a great surprise.she needs a raise for sure!
I will be going to this branch from now on

My financial advisor is June, I was skeptical to continue banking with RBC, due to previous headaches and getting the run around from different employees (from RBC in general not this branch in particular) - but it seems like I just didn't find the right person until now. June is by far the best advisor I've ever met with. She not only identifies the best accounts for you, but she works with you to create a strategy to get to your financial goals. She's very quick to respond and even quicker getting you solutions to any issue that you may have run into while banking. I started out with June in 2020 in quite a bit a debt and a poor credit score. I now only have wedding bill debt, a great credit score and I've also opened up business accounts with her as well. If you're looking for guidance she is the one to go to (but remember, you're the one that has to put in the work!) She's a BIG 10/10 and I HIGHLY recommend her.

I wouldn't even give them one star but I have no other option. Worst branch ever. I have been banking with RBC for ages my mortgage and other services were always with them. I was left waiting for about an hour and the tellers were just laughing and chatting with other clients about their life stories! Like what the hell! I just left and will never give them my business any more!

Amazing service from the staff at this branch.my advisor was away on holidays and the manager quickly stepped in and had everything done in now time as I was in a bit of a time crunch.cannot say enough about the tellers, advisors and the manager Michael

Rbc has done some real damage in the month of December.
Cut all my limits to a new account after a long 10 year history. Couldn’t pay my rent via etransfer. Can’t deposit my payroll anymore without being held.when I needed to deposit a certified cheque 3 days ago, they wanted to hold it till after Christmas. Absolutely no compassion and completely screwed the end of my year having to close my accounts and move to another institution.

An amazing branch, with over the top, customer oriented staff. I have had an amazing experience with Tatiana, although I didn’t have a booked appointment, I just crashed in, she went out of her way to help me open a business account, although it doesn’t fall under her domain and she just started her new role.

She was extremely empathetic, very personable and down to earth.

I am proud of this branch being close to home, because I get to bank with people like her, and Natalya who’s given previously went to extreme levels to give me great business insights and hook me up with the small business department.

Kudos to this branch and its manager.

Both times I've stopped here their ATMs aren't working properly, wouldn't let me deposit cheques and today one is out of order and the other wouldn't let me withdraw cash! Waste of time
