Terrible service & terrible Management. Tellers have made multiple errors on basic transactions, leading to the clients to face the implications. Avoid this branch.

It felt good to go to the bank, the employees are very nice, Davinder Kaur is doing very good work, got to meet her today.

This branch doesn’t even deserve 1 Star the service is so poor and representatives are so rude I don’t know what they think they are.this branch is making their own rule’s different from other branches seriously i hate it. Never go there

I changed my bank from ICICI to RBC as an international student in hope that I'll get all my things would sort out such as GIC and credit card but they haven't done a single thing till so far.
I've not even got my GIC and credit card and it has been around 15 days.

I'm trying to contact them but they are not responding a single thing.
I'm waiting for my GIC to come so that i can pay up my bils but that will only happen if these guys would understand the feelings I've been going through.

I absolutely love this bank. I have gone multiple times the service is very good. I got served by Dawinder Kaur she was kind and knows how to talk. She is outstanding, nice and caring.

It pains me to write this review, since it used to be one of the best branch. Since, it is my home branch, all the staff members understood my business and there used to be a mutual respect. Asad, Gagan, Michael are exceptional and they’ll go above and beyond in the customer service experience to help you with respect. Unfortunately, all the front line staff members have changed and the new staff members are very disrespectful, unprofessional and lack knowledge. Had a very bad experience dealing with Davinder Kaur. She is very rude, unprofessional and lack respect and knowledge. I hope they’ll bring back the glory attached to this branch.

Very unprofessional staff.i went to open a new account and with litreally one customer in the bank she replied they are very busy.never seen such a bank who not wants to add a new customer to their team. No wonder the reviews seem to be true.

The service of this staff is garbage. They dont know how to work in bank. I went this branch 2 times and they sent me back without help. This staff need training. GARBAGE Staff especially the new girls

RBC is a fantastic bank. But one of their employees Harleen Wadhwan gave me half and mis-leading information regarding the issuance of a credit card. Because of this I did not apply earlier and now RBC refuses to issue a CC for me because of an error by their employee. Not just this, over the past 8-9 months I have sent multiple emails to her but none were responded. I guess they don't want new business!
It's a shame what has happened and this is going to force me in taking my business to a separate bank where the customers are valued and not mislead.

I really enjoyed my experience at this branch. I recently received my RBC bank debit card from this branch and I have to say thanks to Sucheta for guiding me through the entire process. She is a very friendly person and was very supportive. The waiting times were not too long and it was an easy process.

I am with RBC. I always have the best service at the front counter at Mcvean branch in Brampton. The manager is very helpful he will step out of the office and ask everyone in the line up
If they needed help either if at front counter or assist someone who can use the machine with a friendly smile. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

@Naman Sidhu I was just reading the reviews and I always get best service at RBC branches and dealing with Parneet since 2017 even when she was at another branch and I visited lot of times during pandemic and I never seen her without mask while she is helping people at front.

I have had the manager of this branch been rude beyond description. I went in more than a year ago to check what was wrong with my bank card as I had issues sometimes with it meanwhile my account was still active. I went in today for a Bankers Draft and they said they cannot do the amount I was requesting for me except in about 4 days time meanwhile there wasn't any hold on my account. I won't recommend anyone going into this branch except to use their Atm's

Worst place, they put me on hold for 30 minutes just to take an approval from their Manager to make a draft. Their Manger was busy chatting with her friends, their manager even didn’t know what’s the difference between wire and online payment. I don’t know what procedure RBC follow to hire their staff, got draft from the another location in just a minutes. WORST LOCATION AND MANAGEMENT

Worst location ever. Such slow service. Takes them an hour to certify a cheque. On top of that, the manager is useless. Told the teller to not bother him as she asks him questions.

I needed to get a specific letter from the bank stating amounts in my account for studying abroad and the teller had such attitude when she had to print my letter twice. I don't understand what else you are getting paid for if it isn't to service customers. I needed specific details outlined in the letter and she was so miserable and RUDE. She did not want to help at all and she made it very evident. I did not appreciate this girl's attitude and she really needs to re-evaluate the type of job she's in (helping customers). I also came another time inquiring about student line of credit and the person helping me had absolutely no idea about the student LOC was about and could not answer a single one of my questions. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this location if they are looking for actual professional and help in a specific area of banking. A lot of inadequate people are hired at this location.

Garbage service went to deposit my personal cheque to my friends account after waiting for 15 min -20 min they denied to deposit.
All other banks did deposit the cheque without any fuss.they are above Bank of Canada

I had a very good experience in the bank for my new chequing account. Everyone was quite helpful and courteous to everyone. Wondering what makes people to put poor rating and negative comments.

Its worst experience in canada to visit this branch for opening a account.they asked my id at the gate, what a rude guy came from bank towards me at the door.worst service, worst mangement.one of my friend got opening of account with the same documentation which i have but in this bank they flatly refused me even at the gate shame myself to visit this branch 1 hour ago

I went in to apply for a business loan after booking the appointment and the representative did not provide full information. The representative named Jasmine Nanji was very unprofessional as she was shook that i had come in to apply for the business loan into the branch and i needed to call the bank as all the business advisors worked from home. Extremely unsatisfied with experience overall.

I wish I could give below a one star review. My family and I have had various account starting from 13 years ago but based off of recent treatment we are extremely disappointed. If you want good service, go anywhere from here, it takes multiple times going in and out of the bank to resolve one issue. RBC fraud Center tells me to go in branch to unlock my account, while branch manager Michael Angir tells me there is nothing I can do. Had to go into branch 3 times just to get my problem resolved, which isn’t even completely fixed yet. I am planning to switch to a different bank/home branch and will tell everyone to stay away from RBC until my issue is resolved. Received terrible service from this branch and to anyone considering opening an account here, just DON’T! Go to a better branch or a better bank.
