Very very disappointed to the customer service at this branch. I would rate zero if there is this option. Since I need to use my study permit to extend my credit card, which is bit different from other people. The employee won't let me finish my explanation and rudely told me to call credit card company phone number. I told her based on my previous experience I need to show you all the documents in the branch. She said, " No you don't, what you want me to do? " Then I waited for 1 hour to call the RBC credit card center, the people in the phone told me to go to the nearest branch.:)

Applied for a line of credit. Got approved and never heard back. Left voice messages and sent emails to the financial advisor & received no response.

There is a reason why RBC's retail banking is not best on town, especially this one. They questioned me why came to their branch instead of other RBC branches. And they told me their were very busy and not able to verified the cheque. At last, they kindly advised me to use wire transfer instead of cheque. The wire transfer is cost $50 but could save their time.

The manager on the other hand, she should not be face to face with the public, she should be in a cubicle by herself. Maybe Joanne can teach her the meaning of delivering the message, show compassion, and the true meaning of good customer service. Because you are a manager does not mean you have to beliver your message like a bully.

I had appointment but i had to wait 30 minutes and then when I went to advisers' room he left and I had to wait more! He listened to my situation on Saturday and he said I will call you to tell the result on Tuesday at 12: 30 sharp, it has been 13 days after that time and I haven't got any phone call yet! Worst customer service in RBC ever! I wont go to this branch

Great branch to get your banking done at. Staff is very helpful, although it can get busy. I notice impatient customers getting aggressive. With a bit of patience, all of your banking needs will be taken care of.

Great branch with an even better staff. I have never had a problem in all my years banking here.

The people are friendly, but I've had to go back repeated times for the same relatively minor issue. I often feel like I need to check their math and second guess their actions sometimes. Also, it always smells like Subway.perhaps they share a heating system with the Subway next door.

Too bad there is no 0 stars, horrible customer service, not helpful, after they ruined my pay cheque they were not willing to help me process it, now I have to get the cheque reissue. The bank manager was not even sorry for what happened and she was talking in another language with the bank teller in front of me so I don’t understand what they were discussing, totally rude. I don’t recommend this branch to anyone.

Really friendly, five-star staff: never had an issue there. Machine ate my card after hours and wouldn't give it back. Keep better tech, RBC.
