I've had an excellent experience with RBC (Bayview & Yorkmills) The staff's service is top-notch, (Parisa is the best) and their assistance is truly exceptional.making the overall banking experience outstanding. Highly recommended!

I usually don’t leave any comment, whatever it’s negative or positive, but I am really impressed by the amazing service from the assistant manager Kingston and their financial advisor Gillian. They solved all my problems and concerns in no time and also gave great advices to me. Thank you Rbc for having people like Kingston and Gillian, I am grateful

This branch is my best love among all Canadian financial institutions. Big kudos to my financial advisor Alvin Qian. I wish I could give zero star but I can't as they will think it's done by mistake. I went there one of tellers took my time for almost half an hour neither she helped nor got the manager to come to take care of my request. Only the teller was saying the manager is busy! (Half an hour was busy)

I've found service here generally disappointing. Long lines, unfriendly staff. Go to somewhere smaller instead, people are actually nice.

Very nice branch of RBC Royal Bank! The location is well situated with ample free and convenient parking. The location is spacious and the staff (with all of my experiences) have always been very kind, forthright and welcoming. I recommend this RBC Royal Bank branch to anyone in the area. Also, very closely situated to the 401 increasing the convenience factor.

We have been working with Arom from RBC Bayview & Yorkmills and she is very professional and knowledgable.
If you are looking for someone to manage your accounts, I definitely recommend her.

Never buy a bank draft from RBC. They will not verify it therefore have to wait for the draft to clear on it's own.
The branch at 2514 Bayview ave is also horrible at customer service. How can the main number keep saying the number is no longer in service when that is actually the right number.
People complain about dealing with rbc, now it is clear.

We've been using other major and international banks in Toronto for years, and recently we decided to try RBC. Highly recommend Alvin Qian, not only knowledgeable but also police and very helpful - bilingual in English and Mandarin. Great bank and great staff!

They cut their hours (which is understandable) BUT didn't update on the web or SEND AN EMAIL to customers

I went to this branch and as a client of Ms. Mellie Ardehali, she took care of everything and did a wonderful job for me. I strongly recommend this branch and specially Ms. Ardehali to everyone.

In general very good branch. I went a couple times there. Excellent customer service by Afsaneh Moshiri. She is the best. RBC should proud of having such a wonderful employees.

Really really terrible experience in this branch. Because of one of those stuffs, my whole family won’t trust RBC anymore!
