Front desk personnel are trying to do their best to serve customers efficiently. For me, that would be enough to give them 5 stars. Nobody’s perfect but the effort to try to give their best customer service is barely experienced nowadays. Keep it up!

Really slow in customer services all tellers at branch are really slow and even when there is a huge line up at front they will not open more counters.

Currently run my personal and business account at RBC bank. The branch is quite big and offers all major services, including lockers facility.

The staff is good and efficient. However, many people have changed over time. The branch is generally not very busy so you can finish stuff quickly. The staff gives you good advise.

The down side is not with branch but generally with bank policies. Their new account opening and RRSP opening process is very slow. Business credit card and bank charges rules are not user friendly.

Such a bad experience at this location!

I went the first time to open a business account, the service was so terrible, my appointment was at 4: 30, I had to wait 15 minutes to see the person for the appointment. Today it has been more than 20 days since I opened my account, I haven't received my debit card which was supposed to be received within 5-10 business days. I called the customer service number & I found out that they haven't uploaded the required documents in the system to issue the debit card. I asked to at least expedite the process as it was not my fault. It has been 2 days now since I complained and I was supposed to receive a call from the bank to inform me regarding my debit card, I haven't got any call.

*Philip Kowalczyk* banking advisor was so irresponsible that he didn't call & apologize for his fault & I still didn't get any response.
I will definitely close my account & never recommend RBC bank.

I tried to set up a community account for my non profit organization and scheduled a telephone appointment with them. They didn't call me back. When I reached out and finally got in touch with an advisor through email, he started the verification process and forgot to update me when it was complete. Over a month later, I'm still waiting to hear from the advisor about the next step, even though I've reached out to him multiple times. So I just switched to another bank and set up an account in under an hour.

I just left the rbc location at Derry Village Square in Mississauga, ON. A man removed his mask to talk and the phone and the teller, security guard and banker manager did nothing about it. I raised the concern to each of them and they did nothing.

The security guard said the man was ok because he wan talking on the phone. I said then rbc makes a mask exception when talking on the phone. He had the audacity to say I would do the same thing if I was on the phone.

The teller only went to whisper to her colleague but did nothing about thean who removed his mask.

The manager only asked me what I would want to be done. But didn't do anything other then suggest that she'll talk to the man.

This is gross incompetence in the staff there. I am considered at risk for covid and do not appreciate the complacency of the staff there.

Been a customer here for 7 years - always had a positive experience -off late they are changing staff ever so often - new staff and branch managers who don’t treat old customers well - they need to be trained in customer service.a lot left to be desired here.

Anna is the best person ever to deal with, after going to multiple branches when I finally met her. She understood my needs and helped me fix my situation which helped me survive in difficult COVID times. I owe my loyalty to her and her only. Every two weeks I go to this branch and see her for my needs.

Nice setup. Well trained and helpful staff. The facility is well maintained and we'll kept even during covid. All SOPs are being followed. The branch offers drive thru ATM option as well in addition to Deposit machines as well. Response time is also swift and crisp.

VERY VERY RUDE & UNCOOPERATIVE STAFF. Came here 3 times in the past 10 months or so, all bad experiences, I avoid this branch as much as I can, but unfortunately it's the only branch on my work route.

This branch is ridiculous, I rarely come into a branch and this branch reminds me why. I unfortunately had to come in two days in a row as I had to see a teller. Yesterday there was 12 customers and 3 tellers at 1: 45 well after the lunch hour, more had to be called from the back after a customer complained, today I come in at 11: 30 there is 2 tellers with 4 customers in line and they move like molasses so irritating. It’s close to my office so unfortunately it’s proximity.

This branch is the worst RBC branch I've ever been to. I've gone there multiple times and experience terrible customer service. I often go there to do personal banking and my office goes there from time to time to do business banking. We all dread the long waits even when the line ups are short.

I witness an established business owner scold the Branch Manager when she failed to take two minutes to verify a substantially large wire transfer. She proceeded to ignore this highly irritated customer and stayed busy for 25 min talking to another customer instead about how to save $4 a month on monthly banking fees. Meanwhile, this customer needed to verify a large wire transfers. He was in absolute shock and asked her if she had even taken 1 minute to look at how many accounts he has with RBC and what types of transactions his business does with them. To say the least, she didn't appear to care and instead argued with him. He calmly asked why she couldn't take just one moment to assist him so that he wouldn't have to wait for 45 minutes. What seemed to have been a simple banking visit turned out to be a 45 min nightmare.

Made no sense to me as I watched the whole thing happen and I realized that this branch manager can't differentiate and prioritize customer needs and deal with each one accordingly. I only go here because the location is on my way to work, but make no mistake. I will do everything I can to avoid it.

This branch needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY and all staff reprimanded harshly.

I have been a customer at this location and have never left happy. The staff are full of attitude and make severe mistakes.

I have been to other branches and have nothing but good things to say, but this branch is disgusting. The outside looks good to lure in customers but the experience you get inside is not worthwhile.

If you are thinking of coming here, find another branch. ANY other branch. You will save yourself the time and headaches.

The bank tellers are amazing at what they do. I have never encountered a long line up or slow service. However, i am only rating it 1 star due to one of the advisors that works there Soneeka K. I have been with RBC for over 10 years and I had put in a request for Line of Credit. She had told me that I was approved for a certain amount and to just email her the correct documents. Even though I had the documents with me at the time of doing this transaction. She insisted that I email her the documents. Once I emailed her the documents she responded to me the next night that it did not go through. When I asked her how it was possible that I was already approved for a certain amount and then all of a sudden after sending documents I wasnt. I got no response back from her. The least she could have done was given an explanation as to what went wrong or why it didnt work out. But to leave me hanging there without any explanations was the rudest thing anyone could do. After being with RBC for this long and getting this kind of treatment I moved my accounts over to TD. Far better service and far better staff.

Very obvious to find if you pass by. It is not a hidden location. They provide a drive-thru service.
