Worst ever branch. I m confused either the bank it self or this branch.
RBC mistake is hired non professional, non qualified people. Tellers are always lying to customer. Well closing business account with them.

Previously visited this branch and has been served well. This time one lady which I later found her name as "Noshaba" was too rude.wasn't surprised once i assumed from her name that why She treated me rudely as if she is still sitting in Asia or her backhome office or as she owns the bank as her private office/business. Wouldn't be commenting like this about her publicaly but she made me feel too bad infront of other staff and the customers waiting in line at that time. I wish these staff understand that customer is the key to your business.in simple words I don't think this represents the RBC standard at least in other branches.

I am really really dissatisfied and disappointed with this branch. Poor and ridiculous service of branch people. Teller name by Sajjad and his Mariyah very very very rude and unprofessional. For my own money I am bagging with them. Please do not go here. Everyone is speaking in their own language and laughing at customers very rude n unprofessional service.

Worst bank branch I have ever visited in my entire life.it seems the staff and manager have a solid and strong aim to close this branch with building the bad image and reputation of the bank. My son is a minor 13y old and he got his first volunteer RBC BANK cheque from Ontario science center. Teller just ruined his first experience of life. I went to cash the cheque with him to this branch the cashier does not know how to deal with the cheque and gave me an excuse for we need a professional dedicated customer service agent who will open the account in order to cash the same bank RBC cheque. The manager is also very incompetent and unprofessional to handle the client.

I went to this bank the employee was new can't figure out to fill rental bank statements and she call the manager she was also now can't figure they west my time and them there is another person in the name of Mohammad he is very well trained and know how to fill it up thank to Mohammad

I was planning not to go because of the bad reviews but it was good that I went because they gave me an excellent service, Aditya was very helpful and very kind, I will definitely return to take out a joint account with my husband.

This is specifically related to the covid measures that I noticed at this location. There were 3 tellers at this location at the time I visited this week, and all 3 tellers were sitting next to each other. There were empty wickets that perhaps the tellers could have been spaced out in instead of having them sit next to each other. Secondly there were clients doing counter transactions and they are obviously ill - coughing and sneezing. There was no attempt to clean off/wipe the counters or even wiping down the card reader machine between clients. Thirdly tellers are not properly masking (mask worn under nose). I would have liked to seen other cleaning/disinfectant process being applied other than having hand sanitizer available.

Terrible customer service. Employees are very unprofessional and do not treat customers in a timely manner. It was my first time here and a worker told me to go back outside to the waiting area while we were in the middle of me opening an account just so she could help another customer that she “had an appointment with”. While I was frustrated and waiting, there was a 40-year long customer who was expressing his own frustrations and anger with this branch so I know it wasn’t just me. I ended up leaving and not opening the account.

I am with this branch from last almost 16-Years, generally having appropriate services, I cannot forget to Mr. Ahsan Khan, Nalini Basant and Lady Yasmin (on Front Desk) aptitude & behaviour, I always been treated as with best customer services.
But deeply entirely disappointed and upset with Master Card department, as been requested to them from the beginning that they have to send me monthly paper statement, from the initial years were ok, but from last one year I don't know what kind of staff over there that they are ignoring to customers, meanwhile I am very conscious about my history/ credit points, always trying to pay before the last date, you can see the record & payment history, but as I mentioned above might be due to lazy staff or ignorance pathetic services not receiving the statement properly, putting me in tension for the payment. Then I called/asked on phone and do the payment, RBC Card department/ peoples with wrong practices getting extra interest.which is giving me headache and now may be I will stop to use the RBC Master Card and will began to use TD bank, I want to be mentally free from tension's, which I am feeling from last few months from your department.

Meanwhile, ridiculously yesterday I received by post four copies of statements,
Nov, to Dec, 2020. (Already paid) Did not received the statement.
Dec, to Jan, 2021. (Already Paid)
Jan, to Feb, 2021. (Already paid)
Feb, to March, 2021. Received this statement (payment Due Date is April, 12, meanwhile I have
already paid yesterday, March, 26th) with humiliated
unethical interest $13.58.

I am tired & unhappy with Master Card concerned department.

THE WORST BANK IN THE AREA! There's only 2 staff members working even at peak times, while the others are just wandering around. One thing that prompted me to write this review is that the bank was supposed to open at 9: 30, and it is still closed till 10 am.

I had an appointment at this location and when I got there, I faced a huge lineup. I pitied the one worker who was busy taking care of 10 people. I waited so long in line to meet the tiller, just so she could inform Mahnaz Khairkhahi I was present for the appointment. If this location doesn’t have customer service and is always short of staff, why don’t the office workers come out and call the clients they are supposed to meet for an appointment?

This is completely unprofessional.

I am Royal bank customers over 20 years, today I visit the branch on 65 overly the agent she treats me very poorly, i brought to her attention her behavior was not right, she continued to miss treat me, no apparently she show me she doesn't care if i complain which i did complain to the manager

This is the worst branch in the entire universe, nobody know how to do anything, they look for ways to say no. It seems that they were only trained in cash in, cash out transactions, everything else overwhelms them and don’t want to take ownership. Always long lines and 1 or 2 tellers who know nothing about customer service. Please RBC, you need to do something to fix this branch. Clearly the management has not done a good job at running this branch and caring for their customers.

Margaret is very very very rude, she don’t know how to smile and she don’t care about the customers or people around her I’m with RBC for the last 14 years and because of my brutal experience with her I’m might open a new account and take my business somewhere else, don’t go to Thorncliffe branch guys go somewhere else.

I was extremely surprised with their unprofessional behavior.beyond my imagination.
I went to pick up USD note and asked the teller Lana if she checked if all the notes were okay, As i previously had a issue with rbc with usd notes.
The teller replied So rudely and i quote " no all the notes are fake Some could be real. For god sake of course the notes are fine. Its a bank If you dont like the notes just return it. "
I was shocked with the response as she wasnt joking and was super rude. I was talking very politely. I didnt say anything to her. I talked to the manager. She said its a good coaching opportunity for the teller. Well coaching cant fix this kind of behavior. Its just bad hiring. That teller just ruined my mode for Friday morning. I couldn't believe how rbc customer service level has dropped. Time to switch all my business i guess.

It was nice meeting with Mr. Muhammad Ahsan. He made me through all the information needed for me to open an account as a newcomer. He helped me out in every detail. I am looking forward to continue banking with them. I recommend this branch.
