Rbc is terrible as it is, this branch makes them look even worse. Never have I walked out of here feeling good about my banking choices. Always frustrating.
To put things in prospective, this the first time im ever writing anyone a review. Not just banking, this is my first and only review that’s how frustrating it is to deal with them.

My money got stuck in the ATM
Atm took my money but never got deposited into my account.
Waited for over 10 days. Still waiting.

I completely understand the low rating given to this branch. If more services were available at the ATM I would simply avoid the tellers all together. I had been going to another branch for business transactions, despite the distance being twice as far but thought I would return here to see if anything had changed but it has not despite multiple visits in the past three weeks. Blank stares, no eye contact, no personality of any kind. Only focus appears to be on process, which is at a leisurely pace.

The branch itself isn't bad but I wouldn't recommend coming here for business. The small business manager, Julia is lazy and unhelpful. She's doesn't pick up calls or answers emails. Her lack of work ethic has costed my business alot of stress and grief. I would recommend going to an RBC branch in some other city then this branch and the one's close by.

Another location full of unprofessional staff (including supervisor - asian young lady). First they refused to withdraw USD currency from my account saying that their machine is not working (when I challenged that you somehow put those in the machine so please open it and issue the currency, they just sent me to ATM. When I came back saying that it's not capable of issuing USD currency, another employee sent me to another ATM (drive thru) saying that the one will for sure give me USD currency. Again the result was negative. It clearly shows the lack of training and no desire to do anything at all. RBC you can do better! Please train your staff! And motivate them just a bit!

The branch manager seriously has attitude issues. I’ve stopped going here to the one on major mac and the service is much better.

This is the second time working with John on my business account and it hasn't gone the way it should. I don't know if it's because I'm a young black female and a new business that he didn't pay attention to my livelihood! But, in both cases, I've been waiting for documents and banks cards to come just to find out my information was input incorrectly.

And how convenient that his business cards “ran out” so I can't even contact him directly

This is the 3rd appointment I have to book! Very inconvenient especially due to COVID.

If you are a young business owner don't work with John or don't go to this branch.

Pretty deplorable customer service. Staff are unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. Customer Service itself comes off as inept, hostile and antisocial. Please consider working in a field where you don’t have to interact with people if you have this type of personality

Was told by staff that while I pay for business service it does not apply anymore and you are forced to wait like everyone else, while Tim Hortons employees can jump in ahead. When I questioned it I was told to call and complain to branch manager. When I asked why is RBC charging premium business fees for my account for the service I do not get I did not get a straight answer.

Made appointment online twice, no one got back to me. They don't take customer call as they hang up after saying "book appointment online and someone will get back to you". How is this supporting social distancing when it appears to be that I have to physically show up?

Very poor customer service, especially the manager (Gina) was very arrogant, I won't go back there again for my banking.

I have gone into this bank 3 separate times and am never able to find a Manager. Interesting to me that the “Branch Manager” Raffaele Innocente works 10: 00-3: 00. Thought that times of Banking Hours was long gone. This man is rarely in the bank and the one time I was able to speak to him he walked up to me with his shirt half unbuttoned and talking in his cell phone. This is not what I consider a respectable place of business and I had to turn and walk away. Whoever encounters this man in the future, I ask you to share your thoughts on this manager, hopefully something about him. He needs to go.

Just awful. Very rude manager. He is so officious that he asks for extreme details to increase an amount on an existing card. Example cards are already in our possession, which means that information is already available. If you are a senior he speaks rudely and does not feel comfortable with you. He demands that existing pension proof is provided. We have tens of thousands of cash there, as well as high amounts GICs all there. We have a business account there.
When I said we had a lot of money there as well as all of information, obviously, he said, "We have many rich clients here. "
This caused me to take pause and ask him how much money does he have. Since he saw fit to undermine us, he stated he was going to talk to his manager.
At that point I went out if his office and what do I see, not him speaking to a manager, but gossiping about what had happened in his office. He did this in the open banking area. As a professional, I
found his behaviour obnoxious. As a result my GIC will be moved as it is renewed yearly. My income will be moved to another bank.
How rude is it to openly gossip, not in an office, about a client. This is hands down the worst branch ever officious and extremely rude to existing clients. Do not bank there if you are a senior you will be treated terribly.
That rude manager needs to be fired or watched as he is totally lacking training.
