I went to this branch with a RBC cheque issued in my name. I informed the teller that I want to cash out but before that I want him to validate the authenticity of the cheque. I told him if there’s any issue then I don’t want the cash as I was dealing with the issuer for the first time. The teller went inside the managers cabin and came back saying the cheque is genuine and there isn’t any problem with it. While taking the cash from him last time I again asked if all is okay with the cheque. He reassured that he went inside to validate that and the cheque is fine. I had to deposit that money to someone’s account so I won’t be having it I mentioned to the teller. He assured everything is fine. Now after couple of days I realized my account has been frozen and when I visited the branch the manager said it was a fraudulent cheque and my account has been frozen. Also the money has been taken off my account balance. It was my home mortgage and car insurance balance. The manager now said it’s the depositor responsibility if the cheque bounces and bank will recover from me. I don’t know what the teller validated and if wasn’t sure he should’ve at least once mentioned that. If they confirmed me the cheque is authentic and fine then why would I be liable to pay for a mistake the bank made. I asked him why wasn’t I told this when I was cashing out by the teller. He mentioned most of the tellers are trainee here. So he can’t do anything but send a apology letter from the bank saying this is our mistake but you still have to pay the money. Now again I visited yesterday as the money was deducted from my balance to activate my account. It’s been 24 hours now and it hasn’t been activated. Due to this my home mortgage got bounced, my car insurance got bounced. I just had a very bad experience with RBC. They are just so irresponsible people working here. They have made my situation a nightmare.

For last 5 yrs am using RBC bank but this branch hire new staff doesn’t know how to help customers very disappointing now and wants to remove my account from RBC just because of this branch staff even i dont want to rate this one star even they don’t deserve this one star thank you for giving me chance to give this bad review to this branch of RBC.

Zero customer service, they don’t even know what they are doing. Manager said that they will call back but it’s already been 2 weeks and there is no response yet. This branch and the whole bunch of people are there just to waste your time.

My dad was a victim of fraud on his credit card and had gone to multiple branches before this one in hopes to resolve the issue - he was turned away and told to contact telephone banking each time. He then went to this branch as he prefers to do in person banking rather than on the phone. There was a rep by the name of Hira I believe; who took my dad in immediately, called customer service on his behalf and resolved his concern immediately. He was advised a new card will be on its way and the money has been refunded instantly. He was so pleased by this service as not many people go above and beyond for customers nowadays. As a banking representative myself I’m glad my dad received the service he deserves. 10/10!

I booked an appointment yesterday with this location at 9: 30am. The advisor called me at 9: 40am, however I missed the call. I can accept liability for this. I rebooked an appointment with them for 9: 30 am again today. I don’t know who called me at 9: 18am and say that I need to rebooked my appointment for the next day. I am waiting for someone at this location to call me back since I am still between my appointment time. This bank is a disgrace and as someone else mentioned in there feedback, it has a bunch of lazy staffs.

Went to withdraw some cash, the teller bumped up my ATM withdraw limit for 2 months instead, and then told me to go to the ATM.

Went to the ATM and withdrawed the money and got torn and folded bills, so I went back to the tellers and got them exchanged for non-torn bills.

Could've been much quicker and less frustrating if the teller could've just withdrawn the money theirselves.

Except the Assistant branch manager, rest of the staff is extremely rude. I have just closed my account with this bank.

Absolutely ridiculous service, booked a video call appointment only to receive no link to join the call and zero way to contact the Advisor and let them know they haven't sent me any link. The branch put me on hold for 30 mins when I called to let them know they haven't provided me with any link to join the call.

Came in last minute to open an account. Isha Chopra was very professional and helpful with the service and process. Took her time explaining the product for the customer to understand. Highly recommend this branch

This is the worst branch whenever I come to this branch by mistake always took more than half Hapur in line and employees all work like they are sleeping they must service like others branch’s plz do something to fix service very very poor service thanks

Customer Service is very unprofessional especially from the middle aged woman teller who was being absolutely rude and showing attitude for no reason and the name started with an I or something. But I would not recommend this branch to anyone, I've only been there twice and both were bad experiences particularly with that individual who is always there. AVOID THIS PLACE AND THAT LADY SPECIFIACLLY!

Whoever says the staff here is impolite or unprofessional must be unclear of the definition of those words. I was in and out of here within 10 minutes. The teller was super nice and she explained everything I needed to know. The reason I continue to bank with RBC is the staff and their customer service. Thank you RBC.

Omg this has to be the worst Banking experience I’ve ever had. I was trying to switch from TD to RBC so my husband and I (who is already a rbc client) went in because we had an appointment. We met with a lady there and she was so unprofessional I couldn’t even believe it she was laughing at the fact that she dident know how to do her job properly.then she issues my card it I try to use it it doesn’t work.we go back the teller tells me it’s a Saturday I can’t use my card untill Monday I snap and all of a sudden they can fix it then when I go on my on line banking I realize that she signed me up with the wrong checking and savings account that I wanted.honestly this place doesn’t deserve even a 1 star I don’t even know how it’s in business with all the bad reviews. This place needs to have better service and actually hire people who know what there doing your dealing with peoples hard working money!

Very slow place, you can see personal converastions going on. Was told my cheques will go on hold, have been banking for several years and this has never happened in any other RBC branch since they see customer/business history. And here, the exec was like - here read the rules I have. Manager also slow to respond. Please avoid this branch.

Customer service of this branch is not even worth 1 star. I visited this branch couple of times and every time the teller surprised me with worse customer service. Sonya and David are the worse tellers.

Never seen such unprofessional and stupid staff. Doesn't even understand requirements of client. Will try their best to charge you even if visiting branch to simply talk about your own account.

The workers here are mentally challenged. Wanted to deposit a cheque into my business account was told they couldn’t do it. Asked for manager got told she didn’t want to come out and talk to me to tell me why they couldn’t deposit the cheque. Asked for someone else that could help me out then sent a financial advisor out and she didn’t have any answer except that your not from Ontario. We can’t do it.

Since when do you have to be in your province to deposit a cheque?
