2: 30 on a Wednesday afternoon and out of 10 wickets only 2 are available.
The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the staff are trying so hard to tend to the never ending line of people and are so patient with everyone.

Minimal desire to help, dismissive service from Roxanne Edwards. You’d hope as a customer service rep there would be a sense of responsibility to offer client support to the very best of their ability. Friendliness seems to be asking for too much. Pushing away my items (card, ID, phone) and saying she can’t help me with no further directions as if suggesting I should leave is unacceptable. If she can’t make an executive decision, it should be consulted with a colleague or directed to someone that could help. As a client that entered the branch for assistance, am I to just exit with no further information? If you've had a negative experience with this her, it's worth noting on record. In the event of future poor customer service experiences, it would be noted as not the first time.

The worst experience with any of RBC branches yet! They are not trained, the knowledge doesn’t not exist, they won’t be as helpful with you as they are with Chinese customers. So I think we now all no why they talk no any other ethnicity like that!

Worst RBC I have ever been to. The service from the branch manager CINDY.was horrible. Does not know how to speak with clients. She needs a whole attitude readjustment.

The WORST branch of RBC that I have EVER visited. Only 2 tellers open in middle of the day. I waited in line for 20 minutes and then gave up because there were 5 more people ahead of me. Everyone in the line was furious. They should close this branch or hire better workers.

Mortgage advisor Alan Chu is not responsible or knowledgable. He only cares about one thing, which is selling. We were not told any information regarding the mortgage and we had a follow-up question for him and he simply asked for one document and determines that we are not eligible. We switched to another bank and they were able to qualify us with many documents reviewed.

I Dont know why this bank has 2 stars only but I had a great expeience with good customer service. They were so helpful and they answered all my inquiries especially the bank manager and teller.

Such a bad branch. The manager over there is horrible. Have 0 clue what a customer service are. So glad that I move everything out from them. Been to other branch before and they are so much more professional.

The worst service I had recently at this location with the Asian girl who wearing glasses, sitting at the business counter. She was really rude and said she won’t take too many coins for me next time. Her face and the attitude were really bad example of customer service. I wished I could give her 0 star for the review.

1st reason:

I’m concerned about security at this branch, at the business accounts section, I was only asked to provide ‘Client Card’ without any form of ID or never asked me to enter card pin by an young agent (I really hope she is a new employee). There must be a way to verify that the card belongs to me, isn’t? Without verification, she was fine to update my account address and perform transactions. I insisted to enter my card pin, she said it’s okay, later agreed to my request.

I don’t necessarily think it is an issue with the employee. RBC miserably failed at providing proper training after onboarding her to work with customers.

2nd reason:
Another employee failed at providing accurate information when I asked about the field in the RBC form.

Again, I believe RBC failed at providing proper training to it’s employees.

For these reasons, I would avoid this branch.

The person at the reception was helpful, I’d give 5 star for her.

My mom was treated with disrespect by some of the staff employed at this branch. It's gone to the point that she's reconsidering changing banks.

RBC the business account white old man showed very rude and poor manner (attitude issue person). Not impressed some banker 's attitude and manner.disappointed their service, they always bully and ignore seniors

Really incompetent staff and bank manager. Tried to deposit a certified bank draft from a well known and reputable credit union and they refused to accept it.

This was a large sum of money to pay off a mortgage with RBC. They tried to tell me to deposit the bank draft in the atm instead? This is the most irresponsible advice a bank could possibly give.

I left and was able to easily deposit the bank draft at another branch where people actually know how to do their job.

The credit union that gave me the bank draft was appalled by their behavior. We will be filing a complaint with the ombudsman.

Do not do business with them unless you want to lose tens of thousands of dollars.

Highly untrained staff. I visited for a new account opening and the banking executive didn't have idea of the products he could offer to new customer. He frequently called customer care for help which didn't help either. This was my first and last visit to RBC

Very slow. 3 tellers working during the lunch time. Waiting for over 15 minutes still in the line. Business tellers are so relax. However, they don't want to help. It is time to change banker

Lunch hour and day before long weekend yet only 3 very slow tellers to serve customers. Been waiting in this long line up while many staff just sitting around or standing around. I would give -10 to his branch and customer service standards.

So much staff lazying around but very few attending the customers. I have always got best and quick service at all other RBC locations. This one sucks.
