I wish reviews allowed to give a rating below 1 star. My wife and I were sent to a bank advisor and she definitely gave us the impression never to come back to that branch. I have started looking at other branches and I am seriously considering moving away from RBC. There was no courtesy, respect, passion, or empathy by the advisor. Just cut and dry answer which was followed by no, sorry, can't do that, front desk don't know their job so they sent you to us advisor. Perhaps the advisors can learn something from the front desk customer before sitting in a beautiful office. Parbh (advisor at Mountainsh RBC branch), kindly learn and get some customer service lesson or you will continue to cost RBC some valuable client that will take their business elsewhere. BYE BYE RBC Mountainash branch.

Horrible experience! Will not recommend anybody go there. They didn't know how to talk professionally.
It's more like a zoo than a branch. I booked a call appointment so many times, but I never received a call

Recently opened an account in RBC bank and was glad to meet Amandeep. He is such a nice and understanding gentleman. He helped me with all details about the business account just because he explained it very well.

Excellent wastage of your time, only two windows open and dealing business client, count using machine please don’t use fingers. Please use other branch for your needs unless you have all the time in this world.

After scheduling an appointment with an advisor via video conference. They failed to send me a link for the actual meeting, wasted my whole morning sitting by my laptop waiting for something that no one is even aware of. Tried calling, and my phone call was dropped after being on hold for 15 mins. Won't bother booking an appointment here again.

Pretty bad service, staff is rude and so is the manager. They were not wearing masks properly. Staff was trying to push the customers to use the ATM machines instead. Very rude behaviour in general from everyone. Not what i expected from RBC. I have been banking with RBC for years and this have been my worst experience.

The worst service I had with them as a new comer I open my account did all verification with this branch chitin parekh very irresponsible person working at the mountainash Brampton branch not precise in giving a call back as he promised which he never kept though I complaint to the manager finally after all verification I got later email stating that no verification is done and it was very easy even for the customer service associate name maple who close account on request at once which RBC customer service very poor and I hope who ever is responsible to read my review to take necessary action.

Unusual wait times always. Even if there is no lineup, still the employees take forever to attend you.

Can’t comment on the rest of the staff but one person in particular here makes up for all the flaws of the others she is the most sweet and respectful lady will make you smile I know others at the branch don’t seem to give much attention to there customers but she is amazing and this branch only deserves a 5 star because of her I need to get her name next time I go in

Unfortunately I have to give one star. I have been to many different types of banks and branches, off all of them the Mountainash RBC branch is been the worst customer service experience. Really very bad customer service.

The customer service at this branch is terrible. I was called to come pick up a credit card I ordered that was delivered to the branch. I drove across the GTA through rush hour traffic to get to this branch. I got there literrally at 5pm, and as I was walking up to the door, one of the ladies that work there closed the door on me. I told her I just need to show my ID and pick up my card. She said no our system is off now. So I walked away because I was not willing to argue.

This is what I call complete laziness and poor customer service from this brand. This is why I will not ever open an account with this financial institute. Nonetheless, I left work early the next day and made it 20mins before they closed. Stood in line for a while until the teller decided to let me jump the line because I told her I am just here to pick up a card. She verified my ID and off I went with my card, which took less than 2 minutes.

In my line of work, if I turned a customer away over a simple thing, just because our business hours closed, I will be crucified. Would not recommend RBC to anyone.

Staff at this location is so nice. Actually i wanna explain the situation that i lost my cheque and cash but one of their employee found it and next day i got call from this location's manager and i got both back they kept it safe. I really appreciate their efforts. They saved it and gave me call. Thank you so much.

The most unprofessional bank I have ever seen! They are short staffed (making you wait a million years in the line- up), the short staff is also highly incompetent including the manager. Whether you are going for personal banking or Business, do not use this branch at all, you will surely regret your experience. They made wrong deposits from my account which costed me highly! As a lawyer, I am always engaging with people working in banks but I have never had a horrible experience as such. I wish I had not wasted my time and just travelled 15 minutes to another branch.

The customer service is okay cause they're polite but they take way too long to move on to the next customer in line. Either need to step up the pace or hire a few more employees.

The teller was not at all professional and had hard time doing her job, on top of that she was extremely rude. So disappointed with the customer service at this branch. RBC needs to train employees to be at least polite and courteous, I think to deliver basic services with professionalism is beyond their capabilities.

There is never any tellers available, worst experience ever, i switched banks to BMO because of their service. At this bank there are financial advisors and branch managers who stare at you and don't even acknowledge you. If you come here be ready to stay until 5pm (close) because there isn't any tellers who will be available till that time. I repeat don't ever come here if you're in a rush or on a schedule. I wouldn't even give this a one star rating.

Stay far away from this branch and the bank as a whole. RBC hires a lot of dumb people and their services are awful.
