If you book an appointment in this branch you can choose Klaus Yao with confidence. I was worried when I saw the review of this bank. To avoid unpleasant experience, I chose to make an appointment. I was here to solve account problem which was not associated with opening an account, he was very patient and provided workable method to help me solve the problem. People make an appointment with him can avoid any unpleasant experience.

Horrible and ridiculous experience. Rude and unprofessional service. The staff made a lot of mistakes that I have to visit another branch to help fixing the problems next day. Guys, avoid visiting this branch.

Pretty spacious & clean bank. There’s a lady (pictured in white top) who is rude with horrible service; however the one helping me today was lovely.

I was with 2 kids who wanted to sit as they waited for me but the lady told them they couldn’t sit and asked them to wait outside. That is so dangerous as they are young - why are you telling such young kids to wait outside? It’s not like the bank staff members are going to be watching them.

Choose RBC for my car insurance and the help I received from Narendra Ratnoo was beyond excellent.it was my first time looking for car insurance and Narendra was very patient with all my questions and seemed like he genuinely was happy to help me!

I love RBC but today’s experience at RBC is not very nice. I want to point out that the representative Xi Luo showed very unprofessional communication during her service. I don’t feel been respected when she talked to us. And after she finished work, we appreciate out of courtesy, she literally ignored our appreciation. I had visited four banks today, none of reps treated us like this. Hope RBC can treat this matter in a proper way. Thanks.

Incredibly rude manager. My mom went to deposit cash for my dad and the teller told her it's not possible. Then she went to ask another teller and found out it was. My mom asked a few more questions, such as if she can put her name on the file so in the future she won't need to show ID. Apparently all these questions and back-and-forth bothered the manager and the manager rushed her out of there. Not sure if it's because my mom went in her work clothes, but the manager didn't seem to respect her and just stepped in and asked what's the ruckus and please leave asap after finishing. I didn't know this behaviour was accepted at RBC. Disappointed.

Worse place to do your banking needs, showed up for an appointment was booked on Oct 23rd nearly a month a go and to find out there was no appointment booked under my name with proven email been sent under my name. The same person Abira Karunananthan says "oh is that my name on your email? "
Start from the wait after came on time at 9am they make you wait for 15 minutes and informed you do not have any appointment, should hire better people for such a big name RBC BANK.

Use to be my home branch not anymore. Extremely inefficient and disorganized. For a simple bank draft takes 1 hour.

Totally agree with the comments below about slow service here. There are several staff inside the bank but only 1 person is serving customers at any given time. This is not the case in 2 other RBC branches that I recently visited. Avoid this branch if you can.

Staff misleading the clients, first day went to open an account, they advise me no more in person and you could get it done through online, once I tried do it online it says go to branch for identification and no need appointment. Second day went to branch, after waiting in the line for 40 minutes, staff said need appoint come again tomorrow. Not recommended this branch at all. Its ridiculous!

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews, I would rate them 0 if I could. The service is SO slow, and inefficient. It took us 30 mins of waiting before we were served and we were only 2nd in line. The whole time, 3/4 tellers were available but were just standing around serving nobody. The line grew longer behind as time went on. Even when it was our turn, the teller didn't know how to perform simple tasks like change a pin.

What a stressful and exhausting experience. Been with this branch for over 30 years and it is 30 years TOO many. Will close it forever and never deal with it again. The staff there doesn't seem to have a care in the world about your time.

Terrible! Waiting too long more than 30 minutes, very slow! The service counter also very slow, only 2 or 3 person in the counter and they takes time too long to look at your account in the monitor for minutes without thinking customers are waiting on the long line! Very bad management! RBC is a great bank in Canada. How come this branch hasn't changed the management to be better in service since a lot of bad reviews in this branch since years ago? ! I was planning to do some investment since I am an old customer with RBC, but I decided to do with other bank since the way they treat customers is really bad and they push customer and business away from them! I rather go to other bank!

When businesses are getting more efficient. Rbc decides to go the opposite direction. Single counter system is absolutely terrible. The system is so god damn slow. Wasted more than 30 mins when there was only 5 people ahead of me. The amount the tellers walk makes no sense. From the reviews, they really don't care to listen to their customers

Not at all good, no service, RBC is great bank but this branch is wrost. 7 counter but only 3 worker and they take forever. Manager is no were to seen and staff is very slow and they talk to much wont let us finish what we came for.

Line takes forever, 7 tables but only 2 tellers. Would not recommend this branch, other branches have fast service time. RBCs a great bank, but can't say the same about this branch.

This branch is the worst branch. No body knows what they are doing. Someone should give them proper training first.

I've been coming to this location as long as I can remember when we do busy.

However I've never dealt with the regular tellers frequently so I'm not sure how good or bad they are.

The Business counters always have very nice staff working there. They get to know their clients that are coming into deposit so I feel extremely satisfied with this location.

I think I agree with most of the reviews for this branch. I went there to redeem some of my investment (I was in need of money) which recently got transferred from other FI, my advisor said that you are wasting my time as I cannot add value to this appointment and made many weird faces. Is this customer service? Are these kind of advisors RBC recruits? She literally asked me to come out of her office and made me wait 20 mins to see someone else because taking out money from an investment was not a big thing to do according to her. That’s completely horrible. I have seen even BMs doing some regular services for their clients in case someone is in need and noone else is available, and mind you I went with an appointment.
I have seen exceptional customer service experience in my life and have given as well (As I have worked in various FIs myself). But believe me, this is the most disgusting that I have seen so far and that too in a reputed institution.
BM of the branch need to look into this because having an education and few licenses doesn’t make anyone good enough for this kind of employment.

First time client with RBC. I went to pick up my credit card from this branch after work at around 6: 30pm. There was a line of about 10 people waiting.
First thing to know about this branch is that its located in Woodside Mall, which means that there are many east and south Asians, and many of those preferring to speak to a representative that could speak their native language.
A minute into my wait, a representative came towards the line and began asking from beginning to end if she could help anyone in English. Fortunately for me I was the first person in the line that did.
The reason for the four stars is due to the lack of representatives that were there. The branch should take into consideration the times at which there is a high volume of clients.

Really need staff who know what they are doing.staff here don't have any clue they are upto. Also extremely slow service. Took me 2 hours just to deposit cash in to my business account. Worst experience i ever had. Really think its time to switch to some other bank.

It seems to take forever to see a teller, out of my 10 experiences, i can say only 1 was satisfactory. Terrible customer services

Wait too long, only a few tellers.no reception to answer。 not nice to old customer.manager does not manage good.
