I had to put ONE star, in order to post. The Teller was downright rude, he asked me questions about a Reimbursement For Claim For Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), and then brushed me off and angrily said to me "I DO NOT NEED TO HEAR ALL THAT" when I was explaining. I really wonder who the customer is. I know he wants to go home, or hates his job, but I work as well, and right then and there, I am a Customer, and he is not my Boss. There should be some kind of Audit for banks, to make sure their customers are served like customers. Above all, because he did not know what he was doing, I cannot believe it took 45 minutes to process my Form.

The security is terrible, yesterday when i was at the branch i was walking with a cane as i had an injury. She saw me and turned to her phone and was talking loudly. The reception person opened it for me, staff was nice but their security needs to be fired. Even when i was leaving she just sat there with her phone and did not open the door. RUDE & LAZY

How many visits does it take to open a business account? I don't know, but it's at least a two-digit number. Seems every time I come in, the one (WHAT?) person who does the business accounts isn't in, or is booked up for the day (a day that seems to end at 4: 30).

I registered a new business and was supposed to have that cost credited back when I open an RBC account within a certain time, but that cost is a fraction of what I'd lose coming in during my business hours to talk to the branch. Better still, the account I was supposed to sign up for was dropped by RBC, basically turning the whole experience into a bait-and-switch disappointment.

Been there 5 times since November 2018 for few statements that were very urgently needed, the staff are just very nice and every time they told me that they are going to find the statements and then will contact me. I have never ever received any email or phone call from them, instead I had to go in multiple times and ask for the same thing. No result. So at the end I call the 1 800 number and they sent me those statements after 1 week. Problem solved now in February 2019. Should have done this instead of going to the branch. They are not very experienced.

Very poor customer service from the branch manager Janice. I had to leave 3 messages in a span of 2 weeks for Janice to finally call me back.
