This is the worst bank. I would never recommend using the bank. The toke so much money from my account and tell me that i send it. They charge me $1.50 for every transaction then at the end of the month still charge me $155. On top of it there customer service was so poor. They are a bunch of criminals

I got scammed by scammers, and RBC won't return my calls. Not only that there is no direct phone number to their branch and their automated phone system is useless

Went there they are thief’s took my money out my account and started claiming it was paid off for some next stupid reason that I proved them wrong for they are scammers worst bank/branch I ever went to I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT BANK the manager her self was super rude

I went in to update my name on my accounts today and get a new credit card sent to me. I was helped by Kylee. The accounts update was quick and easy (actually the fastest and least difficult of any of the banks I’ve had to deal with since getting married and changing my name). She listened to me and was very nice.

The line moved fast which is unusual for a bank.

I can’t complain about this particular branch. They’re great. I’m a difficult customer. A terrible one really. These guys have always shown to be courteous and honest. Great service takes time so to those complaining about the slow service- learn to be more patient.

Went into the bank this morning looking for help with paying off a loan for another financial institution. The bank manager assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable, even giving me information I didn’t know I needed. She was very friendly and I would definitely recommend this branch.

Coming from Toronto which is a fairly quick pace city, this RBC location is the slowest by far. The staff don't think to move efficiently and quickly so that other people that also need to work can return to work! You can wait in a line or 4-6 people for a half hour! Brutal.

We dealt with our mortgage specialist; Ethan Jobb, who was very professional and knowledgeable.

He replied to our emails quickly with q the information we needed. He even offered us solutions and sorted out our best option from different scenarios. He is a hard working person who we have been dealing with him for a year now. We honestly kept changing our plans but Ethan kept helping us no matter what way we decided to go. Thank YOU

I have made an appointment and met up with someone, and afterwards have requested follow up emails, several times for several months. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses.

To clarify, I am a client and I actively reached out to RBC representative 3 times and I got ghosted. This is unprofessional.

My experiences gave been unpleasant and I will not be visiting them again.

Terrible experience. Slow Service
I went there like 4 times to just get my credit card which was expired because of my advisor mistake in entering my study permit expiration date. Still I don't have my credit card! I met like 4 different people and I gave them my study permit and still they ask me to resubmit my study permit.

Apparently pointing a gun at the people in the booth while you make a transaction is "illegal". Should have made it more clear.smh.also, why is it listed here as "rbc royal bank"? It should just be royal bank of canada, not royal bank of canada royal bank.

I been with from simcoe/Beatrice to Taunton/harmony for 4 years to almost 5 years my own sorary to visit Thursday night and weekend to close before 8pm & 4pm friday when I come it wasn't too busy and don't forget Neil Joshi is still community management and the boss of the rest of the location accept Courtice

I first got an account with RBC when I was 16 and I’m almost 30 now. I’ve never had any issues and I’ve always felt that the staff work well with the clients.

I can name many examples of when RBC went above and beyond, but today they really saved the day. Valerie was amazing and helpful with my husband and we both really appreciate her professionalism and effort.

I’ve gone in and talked to them many times during the past 15 years and they never once made me feel dumb or poor or any less of a valued customer no matter the circumstances, and looking back it probably wasn’t easy to explain banking to a teenager and have to deal with what were probably obvious questions at the time, but they were always friendly, patient, and helpful.

Furthermore, there’s hardly any lines and the tellers regularly suggest money-saving tips while doing banking. The online banking is super easy too.

Being a new customer, I had three amazing experiences with RBC. Two were from the customer care centre, which is a miracle because most FI call centres are garbage, and the third was from your advisor, Carla. Was so well prepared.
