Very bad customer service please don’t go to this branch. Even after having appointment they don’t attend customers. The bank manger of branch said us sorry we can attend your appointment today. Please go to different branch. Such a disrespectful customer service by branch manager.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and always make people wait 40 mins in line before seeing anyone. Meanwhile there’s a line up of 10+ people and tellers have time to talk to other staff that are servicing other clients.

Also they need to change some of their policies. Some of tellers need to know when it’s appropriate to use common sense and know when policies should apply in certain situations. I cash a cheque from the same company all year around and everytime they try to hold my check for 4-5 business days after I waited 40 mins in line. Check can be $650 or as low as $250 dollars and they think it’s appropriate to hold my cheque. Ridiculous customer service

On Saturday, September 23,2023, around 12: 50 PM, I visited the bank as per RBC’s Credit card department instructions. The lady at the first desk, who was wearing a green and black combination dress, handled my visit. Unfortunately, despite following their instructions, my experience at the branch was disappointing, as the lady in question appeared disinterested and lacked knowledge about their banking services. This left me with no choice but to seek assistance at another RBC branch.

This branch is best and their customer service has no match. Customer service lady here, I guess her name is Priya, she is awesome.always smile and ensure customers are well taken care.

Everyone that works here is garbage except sukhmanpreet. No one else here works or knows how to. I hate coming here unless I'm dealing with my advisor.

Customers wait in line for too long, while some of the employees were loitering. Women in suits unwilling to do what’s described as counter clerk’s jobs

Came in here Friday & waited in a short line for an unreasonably long wait time when most of the tellers were there. I was dressed casually but not poorly. I wanted to open a savings account but was told I would have to make a 1 hour appointment & come back 10 days later. My dad happened to have been there that morning for the same reason & didn't have to make an appointment, he got ushered into a room with a specialist immediately. My guess is he was wearing a blazer so was treated better.
Called RBC that night & was told to make the account online then go back in & then I shouldn't have to make an appointment.
I did as instructed and this time came in Saturday with a suit. I was treated better and sure enough I was able to open the savings account easily without appointment.
WARNING: Opening a savings account will ding your credit! I woke up Sunday to my credit monitor telling me RBC made an inquiry on Saturday. Anytime any institution did a credit check on me they at least had the courtesy to tell me. I thought that only if I applied for credit or a loan that I should expect this, but apparently even opening a savings account & depositing money makes RBC do a credit inquiry.

The staff is very good, and deal with polite manner. Sukhvir singh is working there, and helping me out with full information. He told each and everything nicely with polite and comfortable behaviour…

I always have a good experience on visiting this branch. Kudos to Priya's high attention to detail and amazing customer service

This branch u visit be cool because manager like to stay longer wait in line because only 2 teller all time. I ask lady manager and she explain if u need fast come early morring no choice this answer for Lady manager so I m very upset this answer I have bussiness account, personal account, morgadge, and investment in bank I m not accepting this type of answer pl.upgrade manager attitude and custmer services pl.or I can cancel dealing with bank.

My family and I have been going to this branch since the first day it has opened and it is hands down the best RBC branch we've dealt with. All the tellers, managers, etc have been absolutely amazing, however Priya has been exceptional. Every time we visit the branch we specifically go to deal with her because of her high attention to detail and amazing customer service. She represents RBC to such a high standard and makes every visit a pleasure due to her charisma and dedication to making sure the best service is given each time. Keep up the great work!

I opened my account almost 6 months ago, what she did for us is like the bestt banker ever do moreover, I literally closed my all accounts and shifted by my whole money I have from like 20 years to RBC she is the one who is representing RBC. THANKYOU Priya fir everything. God bless you.

I have a business account with RBC, mostly i used wire services from this branch recently i feel they are so busy they ignore the clients. After merging they loose there services. If you reach before 10: 30 you will get excellent services but after 10: 30 they are super busy. Btw very few employees know how to wire money. I need to use wire service mostly so i wait more than 45 minutes usually even though i have save template there.

Priya has been very helpful during account creation for my wife at this branch. My wife got locker as well at this branch and thanks to Priya for all the help.

Tellers are really very slow here. Considering the only branch in this area, they spent more time on 1 client.

Worst customer service imaginable. They asked for things that no other branch has ever asked me for. I went in for a simple deposit and could not be assisted. Went to the branch 5 minutes down the same road and they gladly helped me. Would not recommend. Just make the extra 5 minutes drive down to the other branch.
