I go out of my way to bank here. The customer service that I received and how efficiently the staff works to process my request is unlike anything I've experienced at any other branch. Banking here is the only time I feel valued as an RBC client. I want to give a special shoutout to Ferdy Tjahjadi, extremely professional & quick with any transactions. Thank you!

If I could I wouldn’t even give a star. I just got off the phone with a RBC customer service representative and the company doesn’t believe in effectively training the staff. The manager would rather get the employee penalized and suspended instead of effectively making sure the staff is properly trained in all areas. It is unfair that the manager puts the fault on the staff instead of themselves. Managers need to take more responsibility when it comes to training and effectively assuring that their staff is properly trained for any situation or scenario. I hope you change your training format because it is unfair for the staff to be penalized for something YOU are not teaching them. Fix your ways RBC.

Nice building of RBC in Meadowvale at financial drive. 2 towers with multiple floors for insurance business and IT wing. Office location is prime and accessible from Derry road. It has RBC bank branch as well inside and timhorton.

Worst customer service when dealing with them on fraudulent transactions even when they know it has been pending transaction because it was fraud that was reported took them 2 months to return my money back and on top of that they put clients on hold for 2 hours when dealing with fraudulent transactions worst service and bank ever will never recommend anyone with rbc improve your technical issues

It takes a long time to speak to a human customer service agent by phone when your question cannot be answered by the bot.
Update: A very nice customer service agent helped me after the long wait.

Really bad customer service. Called them 10 times to get a simple financial statement and they still didn't send it. Asked to talk with manager. They promised he will contact me. He never did.

I am speaking with Bernice right now, who is awful in customer service, Haty is just as terrible. IN fact, she refused to credit the account, when changing their packages and greatly increasing service fees. Offered no help at all. One Star for the horrid advice services.

I actually wanted to give 1/2. Went to this location on march 12th 2020. I work for a franchise and the owner gives us cheques for petty cash to cash. We've always gone to the Argentia and Winston Churchill but they are under renovations so it was suggested to come her. Well big mistake! Your staff are rude and act like they're better then everyone! I brought the cheque and they gave me such a hard time. I even had messaged my owner and so on and stil. They just wouldn't listen or even try to help or be reasonable. I'm going to suggest my owner close their accounts with this bank and go to another banking institution. Never had to deal with banking employees like at this location.

So no one has contacted or even replied to this. How unprofessional and rude!

Highly unprofessional people.
First they set up a virtual appointment with me and never showed up on time contacted me 6 hours later.
Most importantly. They should actively send over my document requests on September 21 but due to lethargic employees there, who are so busy. Sent my documents on October 6, due to this I am facing delays in my process.

Worst branch and people working just cares about money and.l not at all the customer care

People just give false promises on my mortgage application would not recommend this branch at all
