The absolute worst customer service ever. No call back, advisors conveniently not on site that day. Wishing I was with a different bank

Had a couple of meetings with Saif and he helped me set up both a savings account as well as a chequing account. He discussed the process with me and went through the different accounts. I was very happy with his service and would recommend the overall experience as well as him as an advisor.

Doors not open after hours. Can’t even deposit cash. Really unsure why I’m paying monthly fees for services I can’t access.

Never in my life did I have to face discrimination and racism! The staff in this location is extremely racist towards darker skin tone individuals. Especially the branch manager! Terrible experience! I have witness today. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning. Not to mention I had a appointment at 5 and the lady left! Unorganized and again very unprofessional

They made me wait 50 minutes at the counter then at the advisor's office on a Saturday for a very simple transaction. Then told me that they are closing the branch at 4 and they can't complete so I should go another day. My experience with RBC has always been bad but this branch looks like a high school class project. No one knew how to close an RRSP account.
