Very nice and corporative staff. I visited there for open my business account without any appointment, and within 30 minutes they open account.

Very bad costumer care on call they said there is an appointment booked in my name and once I was there at the bank there is no representative informed about my appointment and I had to go back and do the process again and even after that they couldn’t make sure I was attended properly. Very poor these kind of irresponsible behaviour is what is bringing down the costumer satisfaction.

This is RBC earning billions of dollars in term of profit, this was my 2nd virtual or phone appointment and left all my busy schedule to attend the call but guess what? No one called me and then after one hour I visited the Branch at Bovaird and sunnymeadow and I asked them and they said “ sorry sir the person you booked with is already RETIRED, you can see how they take the customer seriously.
I don’t know what to do.

Unfortunately I dont have option to select any star. Worst customer service and advisors dont take accountability. Wasn’t expecting this from RBC

I am international student i take off from my work to setup my account and then i visited branch to solve my online banking issue but staff refused to hear my problem and then they said go to home branch but i went to another branch instead home branch they resolved my all issues and attend properly and gave me good service my experience was so poor and i am not satisfied so please don’t waste your time to go this branch please vist another branch instead of this

Worst experience ever in any Rbc branch.all they make you wait and then u cnt help you.seen this thing happening to 4 other customers right in front me.every other customer got bothered cz of something.so poor

My experience was so great at this location. Their staff is so helpful specially mr. Munawar shaikh. He always helped me to maintain my business account. He is so nice. Very satisfied from his service.

Worst! Would never go again at that branch, even mistake was made from their side I had to contact different people and visit them and being rudely told to come other time as branch manager always seems “BUSY”. Had to shut my account for that. Worst ever service!

Ms. Harjinder Birdi is a wonderful person to deal with. I was introduced to her by my friend for some bank account opening requirements. She is a banking advisor and a Mutual Funds Representative who is very professional in her work. She has a very pleasing personality. Her guidance shows the knowledge she possess about her profession.

Deserve -10 star. I thought a manager should give the best service in the place but I swear she's the rudest and the most disrespectfull women. She acts as you mean nothing. If you ever ask to see the manager and if she has a half bald go away.

By far one of the worst branches with RBC asked a simple question about why a rbc draft going into a rbc account had to be put on hold the manager lost it on me started yelling because I questioned why you pay for a draft especially going into the same bank / institution at that point you should just make a regular cheque why are we paying fees for a draft she started getting heated saying it’s her bank had to give her a reality check and say well no it is not your bank you work for this bank and need to start treating your customers with respect she continued to get heated; couldint handle her tone anymore ended up just leaving went to branch down the street bovaird and airport there amazing to deal with

The royal bank has swindled me out of 150 dollars
They fail to transfer funds internationally after I do it correctly online. They return my funds minus $150 dollars and claim that is due to transfer fees and exchange rates. And to add insult upon injury, they want to charge me $25 to investigate the issue. This branch is really shady. No ethics. Non existent customer service. Do not bank here if you want to keep your money

Horrible service, do not go here for any banking - was trying to get a mortgage pre approval, set up a phone call meeting online to discuss received a phone call after the time it was set-up for, after we finally spoke about the next steps, I was told I would be expecting an email never received one, I had to email the person we were dealing with and still never received an email back.

It wasn't until i sent her an email to say i would no longer need her services and that i would be taking my business to another branch that i finally received an email back from her.not impressed at all with this branch!

Visited on 8 March to deposit a cheque. First time an agent refused to deposit cheque saying signature not matching. Name-ok, drivers licence-ok, address-ok, Password (pin code) -ok, signature-not ok. Result=REFUSED
Agent even printed printer id #21 on my cheque
I could have spoken to the manager but was too busy, went to another branch and deposited.

Manager & Teller's are too lazy and rude to do their job, arguing with customers with no reason, They have very big problem just to count the Bill's & give that count to their customers on the deposit slip, if customer doesn't enter by self the denominations they refuse to deposit the money also walk away from customer with very rudely.
No one want to go in the bank like that they disrespect the customers & have very big problem to just to count the cash for deposit & write the denominations on the deposit slip after verify. Its really very big nonsense. Really bad customer Service

Very poor customer service.i went to bank to get the Balance letter and lady was saying i have to order from headoffice,
then after that i went to another counter and the person on other counter said i will make it for you but the 1st person message her i told him its not free and will take 24hours and then second person also refused to make it which she was hoing to make it for me.very bad

By far the worst experience I’ve had with any bank. Appointment was made over the phone 3 days prior. Over the phone no name was given for the appointment was made with. Upon arrival there was no one at the greeting/check in station. When they finally figured out who the appointment was made with the associate was rude. They did not even shake my hand and barely listened. It took the 15 minutes to realize what the situation at hand was though I had it explained it twice already.
