This branch is nowhere upto the standards of nearby banks in heartland. I don’t want to give even 1 star because their service is so pathetic. They made me to visit their branch twice just to get the debit card and both the instance they never mailed the card. Later I found they never performed the request when I connected with the phone support agent. I have placed the request for the 3rd time over the phone support this time. Let’s see whether I get my card.

Technology is going crazily in banking industry and still RBC is issuing hand written temp cards to clients. I feel this itself not setting the security standards in banking experience for their clients.

The RBC branch at heartland location seems like an old building with out proper maintenance, it doesn’t have a look and feel. It’s so horrible!

Ms. Sameen just simply had brighten my day today. She helped me with different things so smoothly and promptly, as I hope it would be done in all RBC branches. It was amazing, almost made me crying.

I have been doing banking with this branch for last 13 years but lately the service has gone down the drain. I like rbc in general but this branch definitely needs improving their customer service and they need definitely experience tellers and experience people for customer service.

Worst branch, Teller were talking in Native language specially the person who’s last name is (MEHTA) was laughing and making fun of the customers. This locations needs to hire more professional and educated staff.

I am upset today with mobile cheque deposit. I tried for 30 minutes and lost patience. For RBC other services i am disappointed. Timings also not convenient like TD.

Heartland rbc is very slow when all other banks are fast and employee more tellers for weekends as weekends is the busy day when people actually get to get there shot done. Plus there hours of service is short compared to other banks. While I stand in line I see 2 people where we're told to wait and then that person never came back to help the people sigh the paper.

Horrible customer service. The branch manager Refused to address my concern when I asked to speak to him while he stood in front of me. This is why this branch has a 2.1 star rating. It is bec the branch manager himself does not care or have the professional courtesy to address a simple customers concern. What a shame.

I've been an RBC client since I was a "Leo" and this branch has never failed at being the slowest branch I have ever been to. The average time it takes to take care or the client, even if its just a deposit, is easily 15-20 minutes

Disgustingly inefficient branch - most tellers are highly incompetent and take much longer than required to facilitate simple transactions. Most the tellers at the branch seem to be dazed, lack a sense or urgency and customer service. Who's doing the hiring here? I understand there's a labour shortage but it's quite the feat to get this many bumbling tellers in one branch.

Worst customer service we have ever received in our Ten years of RBC history at this location. The RBC corporate, should arrange training sessions for this branch’s staff members to understand the importance and effects of customer service.

As a new client of RBC, my first experience is quite unpleasant. The employees making mistakes, forget some important steps, do not reply to solve the problems.
Hasan did not verify my address, so access cards were sent to the wrong address.
They forget to lift restrictions from my account after verifying my identity. As a result, I was not able to accept e-transfers.
They forget to send secondary access cards to another business owner.
When I tried to contact Julia, she is not answering her phone and not returning my emails, so I have to spend hours with customer service trying to solve all this (by the way, the Customer service is excellent, they really care and trying to help).
updating from 2 to 1 star: I will be closing this accounts. Switching to RBC was a bad idea. It is two weeks past after I opened my accounts and I still can't use them because of some restrictions

When you book a phone meeting at 2 PM and clear out your whole schedule, you still get no call. Very unprofessional and definitely giving a complaint to head office about this branch and the rest of you should too

A branch that is not in line with RBC’s customer service standards. Every time I visit, there’s a problem. It usually starts with the teller asking an irrelevant question that their computer could answer. Very poorly trained staff. Would never come here unless absolutely necessary. Other branches are great. I’m surprised RBC head office hasn’t done anything yet.

Been banking here for over 10 years. Great customer service. RBC has some great banking options for both business and personal. Definitely use them for all my banking needs.

How does this bank even score a 2.1? They've got one teller open, 6 people in line, no front desk help. The reason why RBC has record profits? Absolutely zero customer service. This is pathetic.

I agree with other reviews, this branch seriously lacks customer service and professionalism. RBC needs to read these reviews and get this branch in order, fire the incompetent and useless staff and hire professionals.

Do not go here! Read the other reviews and you’ll know why. I decided to go here out of convenience because I was in the area. I had to deposit money and was met with a huge line. There was only one teller who was working efficiently, the two others were going at a snails pace and looked highly disinterested with the clients they were servicing. When I got to the teller, she was really rude, on her phone, and I couldn’t hear anything she was saying. I gave her the money to be deposited and she asked me how much was it after she counted it. It wasn’t even that much. Um, okay, you just counted but whatever. She asked me if I needed anything else and when I said no, she said nothing and turned around. In short, I will not be returning to this location and unless you’re all about long lines and terrible customer service, by all means. I’ll stick to the Creditview/Eglinton location from now on. Lesson learned.

One of the worst branches for RBC. Always line up with one teller working and rest if tellers walking around!
Horrible customer service. Only go there if you have plenty, and I mean plenty of time or have a day off and absolutely have nothing else to do.

I am very disappointed with this RBC. I had a certified cheque to deposit to an RBC client and they refused to accept the Certified cheque. Mind you this cheque was certified from TD and from a Lawyers Trust Account. I wasnt able to deposit it because I didnt have a business account with them- I do not think that is even policy and personally this branch is sooo slow, so by the time you get a teller you are frustrated when you realize they can't even deposit the funds. We even spoke with the manager and they also refused. It makes no sense why a branch would refuse a certified cheque to be deposited! I'm mind blown with this stupidity.

This location is small so you'll need some patience to get what you need. They have staff on site so if you need a service, they can provide it. It's best to make an appointment if you really need a service. The staff are very nice and try to accommodate your needs. The ATMs are now envelope free. I think all the ATMs are going this way. Convenient location with easy acess to majour roadways and public transportation.

I understand when a bank has to verify and make sure everything is lined up. But when I've been doing the same thing every month at different branches for 2.5 years and the lady at this branch goes above and beyond to be difficult and rude it says something. Literally going out of her way to be rude even though I maintained my respect and continued to say please and thank you until the end, despite her rudeness. That's how this RBC branch treats it's CUSTOMER that's been with them for years? Very disappointing. And on top of that when she finally got around to getting me MY money she's aggressively crumbling up each bill! Like, who does that?

Poor customer service. Teller made a big mistake and did not have the decency to apologize but kept justifying her mistake. What a waste of time.
