Really bad experience, especially Amy Lu, I can even use word to describe how bad she is. Disgusting. Do not go and work with her. Really really really bad experience. I have never work with someone just as bad as she is.

Visited the bank on a Saturday, A trainee was present and she completely ignored my question about an inquiry regarding the locker.
The highest goal for an employee in this field is to provide excellent customer service, and this bank completely lacks the basic customer service. Probably its not emphasized from the management.

Extremely disappointed will not recommend any friends to that branch!

Always slow, waiting in the line is so long to do anything. I am not visiting here anymore. Avoid this branch if you need a good service

My wife she come to Canada new they give her credit card but any wehere go to bank they said call ur credit card company but my wife English not well but she come to Canada 2014 but she owner of the business rbc bank please don't under estimate people cibc and td make my life happy.thankyou

Horrible experience. Always have trouble taking your own money out even if it’s your main branch. Manger don’t care about their clients.

Terrible bank. Zero logic, customer service. They make up their own rules and policies. Save yourself the time and go to a different bank. All they do is click, click, click on the computer.

I don't know why this Branch only have 1.9 stars.they should be more than 3-Stars. Their "Peter Yu" this guy had pretty good experience of Financial & Mutual Fund knowledge good customer service& easy going 20mins all completed what I want to do. I visited "Highway 7 & Birchmount Branch" - (Josephine Lee) before.she is totally no experience useless just waste my time. I guess this is her part-time / trainee postiion only.don't know why this garbage branch review star more than "Peter" -Branch!

Why this branch is still in existence is beyond me. It has the worst customer service quality and attitude I have ever experienced. Consistently. Staff are rude and arrogant but incompetent at the same time. They don't have solutions for your issues and blame the customer instead. If you are incompetent, at least be sincere and helpful and humble. Arrogance and ignorance is not a good combination, esp when it comes to customer service.

The worst service in this location. I waited for the line. The staff (Indian) ignored me. She wants to service the customers (Indian) behind me. I asked her why. She said I need the translator. I didn’t say anything when I stand there. How did she know I don’t speak English? I think she is racist. I feel so bad. Don’t recommend to come this location. Now I know why this location only 1.9 stars.

Awesome customer service. This branch has the best team.
They helped a lot during COVID.
To mention, Jia Wen (Daisy), the mortgage agent, gave me a proper guidance and support from end to end.
Rita Chiu, banking advisor helped with the day to day banking.

My family and I have been dealing with Arthur Ng,
who is a financial advisor at this branch. This guy is fabulous! He has dealt with our needs in an efficient, quick and extremely helpful way. Who knew our needs would be met so easily and quickly. Well they can when Arthur is looking after us. His knowledge and pleasant manner while at the same time explaining everything so we can understand is outstanding. Arthur is the person that makes us really enjoy our interactions with this branch.

Only two tellers and they too go into back room to their manager for each and every job. Take too long for everything. Extremely poor customer service. Most likely the manager has some policy which causes excessive delays.

Worst customer experience. Glad to know I am not the only one that has been questioned about my own money. Absolutely ridiculous place, save the trouble and do not bank here as you will never see your own money.

Very bad customer service.
I had very bad experience, I went 2 times trying to get some answers about my credit line and no one could not help me with that.
Not even 1 star for this branch.

Would you not ask yourself questions about the customer service if there are 3 tellers when you started lining up, then two of them closed to do back office work while you keep waiting. Are they getting ready to go home? Is this the customer service that I should expect to receive? Am I not a good client?

Simply HORRIBLE.told me to go back to my home branch for some transaction. Cause the manager isn't there!? Really think the head office shall rectify this, and the branch manager really need to be aware about the ridiculous customer services.
