Excellent location / facility (5 stars).
Customer service is terrible went for replacement cars and the teller told me she wanted to charge me for replacement card the next time I misplace it (1 star).

I have been to this branch many times prior to today and have met some amazing RBC folks, however, today, I had the worst banking experience ever. The tellers were rude, not helpful in anyway, however, to solve my issue they quickly offered to close all of my accounts and provide a bank draft for all of my current funds. Nice…

RBC the largest funder of fossil fuels in Canada!
I am a young person and my future will be disproportionately impacted by climate change, which RBC's actions are exacerbating.
Do not bank with these guys; for your own future and that of our planet! Not to mention fossil fuels will VERY SOON become financially INFEASIBLE as the world moves towards transitioning away from these inherently destructive and unsustainable energy sources.

I spend an hour on the phone waiting for customer support, but was told to come to a branch as the issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone. I came to this branch and wasted 50 minutes of my time at this leaving disappointed with no results. The staff was not able to help me. I even asked to cancel my account at the end due to all headache and time wasted, but even this request was declined. A teller at a different branch (at king and Spadina) helped me within three minutes and no questions. Provide better training to people. Worst experience so far. Will never go back to this location.

A special shoutout to Ayush Mukhi from RBC Insurance who guided me so well while purchasing my first auto insurance and renters insurance. Very informative and trustworthy who explains the why and what of each step.

Useless (untrained) staffs and they don't seem to care. Went to this branch three times trying to cash my GIC. One staff promised me that he would do it first thing in the morning and call back. Zero phone call received during the next week. Second time went to the branch, the manager said it was taken care, but guess what, that money was still frozen. So I went in for the third time taking all my money out and switched to other banks. Thank you RBC! Very impressive.

RBC states that they are committed to reducing their environmental footprint, but they don’t seem to address the $208 billion they have invested in fossil fuels since the Paris Climate Agreement was signed. I’ll use a credit union instead.

Very insightful advise provided by the branch manager. Julian (banking advisor) suggested the best banking options for myself and my wife considering cross border accounts and transactions history to avoid the monthly charges. Would definitely recommend it.

I called the customer service today to renew my mortgage and the girl NIki helped me through the whole process who was so helpful and sweet. I don't know how to give her a ten out of five star review so im writing it down here. I was calling from toronto.not sure whether she works in canada or not. Rgardless, i want my voice to be heard for her EXCELLENT service. I also deal with TD bank a lot.they suck.branch managers suck especially the one at eglinton and hurontario. Unrelated information, just for the sake of ranting. Anyway, good job Niki.she deserves a raise or promo.

Homa (the manager of this branch) treated my friend terribly. Her account was frozen, and Homa essentially accused her of stealing from the bank, even though my friend visited the branch of her own accord to get this issued sorted out. After 7 days, the account is finally unfrozen, but online access is still blocked; Homa said my friend was lucky to have even gotten this access back.

My friend has been a loyal RBC customer for DECADES. This treatment of ANY customer would be terrible, let alone such a loyal one.

If you have any enemies, I recommend that you send them to her.

@RBC, you should investigate this branch manager.

Everything has been extremely poorly handled. Poor quality photocopies with the return address cut off, a promised return envelope not included, no acknowledgement of receipt of my paperwork. When I inquired I was sent information on the wrong person! Then I was told to disregard that email.

I've been promised quarterly updates. None have arrived. When I emailed to find out the status I was only told "It is in progress". That was the sum total of the "service" I received. I'm actually shocked at how poor the "service" is. It really feels like it has been outsourced.

Norman had ZERO customer service skills. No Hello, no please, no thank you. "Insert your card. INSERT! " Very unprofessional, and unfriendly. I needed to ask for my receipt, and handed to me without a word. Had to ask to find out whether there was anything else to do. Nothing said, not even eye-contact. Ain't coming back to this branch again.

My checks were delivered to the wrong address. I had to get a new checking account. I went to the Wellington/Simcoe Branch and filled out forms, they called me back an hour later, I had to go back because they forgot to get me to sign some forms. I went back and signed it. Last week I had collections after me! They checked and told me that the Branch never changed the account number! I just went back there to get some US money. We were literally waiting there for 18 minutes; there were only 2 tellers and 8 of us in line. I complained to the manager and he finally got more tellers to come take care of us. The people in front of me in line, thanked me for speaking up. They were so frustrated! Don't go to this branch.

Seldom ever opens on time. Also one of the more busiest and least serviced branches in the city.

Phone calls and emails never returned. Been following up with the same issue for over a month. Moved all assets to another bank.

This location has the longest wait times out of all the ones I've been to. I try to avoid it.
