When I went to the bank to make a transaction on my bank account, the employee of this branch, named Jaswinder Kaur, said at 3: 26 pm, "We will close the branch in 34 minutes, so I cannot do your transaction, come back in 5 days. " Why do you employ such lazy people?

Sujatha Raghuraman was very nice and co-operative. Even when our appointment got canceled, she went an extra mile to help us out. She spent additional one hour with us. There should be more people like her in the world.

Rude and belittling receptionist. They treat immigrants with very little respect. She is clearly dissatisfied with her job. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.

I would have given 0, if there was an option. Staff is unprofessional and they dont have enough knowledge about the financial products. Complete waste of time. Would never prefer to go to this branch

I’ve been trying to transfer my money from one TFSA to another for nearly 4 months now and they refuse to transfer my money they keep telling me to provide them more and more information that I have already given them and keep wasting my time by having me visit the branch every week.

I would have given 0 if there was an option. They don’t know how to treat a student on temporary permit in canada. I started visiting there bank from September 20 for my credit card to be extended and they kept on saying that I should call the number on back of card. When I called the number they told me to apply in the branch l. When I visited in October because of the delay caused by them. They told me you cannot get a credit card now because your study permit is till September next year. Now because of the carelessness of the bank I have to survive without a credit card for 11 months in a country where credit card is everything. Very poor service. Worst bank in the world.

Looking for a A very slow transactions? Then visit this branch. If you will see the office itself, only 3 tellers are working, and the rest of the counters were closed. But this location is very busy. Everytime I will do my banking here, I always observed the slow process and custumers are waiting but the rest were too impatient. I witnessed one gentleman who'd scream of the words "guys don't take your lunch break at the same time and leaving your counters empty? Well he has a point. That was a lunch break around 13: 00h. That's why I love banking at RBC at World on Yonge. That's very busy location too but the way they treat their customers is way different. Manager is very active and she is very hands-on.no empty counters.and the transaction is way too fast and organized. Just sad that I had to move to Albion for my work, and end up banking here most of the time.

I want to speak to someone at this branch and the automated phone number just hangs up on you every time. So frustrating. All it says is do it online or mobile app. The worse customer service in the world and I've been with them for 25 years. You cannot do what I want to do ONLINE and no one will pick up a phone anymore. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

I tried to open an online bank account after viewing the airpod promotion but website asked me to visit a branch to verify documents and I did the same but they gave me appointment for 10 days later and when I went again they said account is open already so I can't quailify. All they do is to fraud people using false promotions. I am not coming back to RBC or not suggest anyone to do business with them.

The manager Bruce was trying to give a worse USD selling rate than posted online. Claiming you can't do better than posted rate on such a large amount. This place is a joke.

Worst branch ever i seen. Staff members don’t know anything about their own banking services and for all questions answers is same “i have to talk online and wait i”ll ask to my manager “ very rude staff. Management need attention on this branch. Because of 1 branch rbc might lose many customers.

Well being the biggest bank of Canada their services are as big, more relaxed in credit products and staff is more professional as compared to other major banks, I personally bank with RBC from last 17 years so a worthy experience to share with all of you

Very rude teller not all but certain one. Very racist. And, lack of costumer service. There is no service at all. Respect for the ladies that provide an excellent service except for the costumer service desk. Very rude and, disgusting manager and, I can tell you if I was working at your bank the first thing I would do Is fire that manager than have him represent the bank. They talk to you like they are forced to work. Or hate their job. Folks if you do not want to work. Feel free to leave.

Horribly manage branch. Terrible customer service.
1.rude customer: When customer ask question and they don't have answer or don't know ho to explain it.
2. Big favor: When they are doing there normal work, its big favor on you. And I feel they are very true about it, because they are not used to do even those work on daily basis.
3. Management Rights: Management is not obligated to give you any explanation, because they have your money and the power. If they want they will delay your important transaction without reason or explanation.

REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL NEEDY CLIENT OF THIS BRANCH: - - Please bow down to all the working member of this prestige branch.
- Don't ask any question.
- Only Do what they ask.
- Pray for the visit to go painless.
- Be aware, you might need to visit branch multiple time to complete one simple transaction. (my advise: take a day off from work)

My experience at RBC, 1104 Albion rd
This branch does not like to deal with people on, DISABILITY. All staff needs to be train on handling situation like this one, I find I had to repeat myself several times, to 3 people, I speak English, but I think there is a language barrier at this branch, i dealt with Neeru, who should have escalated my issues to the branch managers, b4 I drove 45mins to get there

Terrible. Waited 40 minutes in line the staff were very nosy. I never had an experience like this after going to other branches. I didn't find anyone helpful unfortunately. They were rude and one was telling me this about my bank and another telling me the opposite thing. After showing all necessary documents they were still questioning me. This branch is terrible.

Lazy and incompetent are the words that come to mind.

Opened my account on November 2nd and asked the lady to apply for a credit card for me.

She never did. Had to Come to the branch 2 more times to get her to finally apply for it.

The lady said that I wouldn't have to pay monthly fees for a year since I'm a newcomer but lo and behold I see monthly fees getting deducted.

Also the lady seemed uninterested and was talking on her phone both times I went there.

I love the name and fame of RBC but after this issue i dont feel secure in RBC bank.
This guys treated as an fool.as I have asked them for credit card then, that representative ignored me and said you wont get credit card if you have credit card from another bank.and even that person told you wont be eligible for Ipad Offer and he told, only the citizen of canada can issue one.

So, I strongly recommend top new student who are opening new account from this particular bank for ipad and credit card to look for another branch.

I've been an RBC client for well over 10 years, I made my first bank account here when I was a teenager, this is my home branch.

I visited this branch a few days ago, at the request of another RBC manager downtown, close to my office. The logic was: go to your home branch and you will have no issues with depositing cheques or anything of the sort. I work for a financial institution, specifically in AML/KYC, so I know that my transaction was not suspicious in the slightest. It did not meet the criteria for suspicious activity.

Unfortunately, I was greeted with hostility and inconsistency. The manager here, Bruce, is incredibly rude and misinformed. I deposited a cheque, from the same client, for the last three months, RBC doesn't hold my cheques, but here I was, being told my the manager, that he would hold my ENTIRE cheque, because that was the policy. Strange because I could deposit via the ATM and would have access to a portion of the funds.

He argued with me for a few minutes, not answering anything and then walked away. I called RBC and then came back into the branch, and again, the same thing happened. Long story short, I had to have the RBC rep on the phone, along with recording the manager, while he finally decided to go through my account and saw that I received the same cheque from the same client for over 3 months. He ultimately removed the hold, but after such a long drawn out process, wasting 3 hours of my Saturday, on something that usually takes 5 minutes, is the last straw for me. I will be ending my relationship with RBC and will no longer be bank with them. Save yourself the trouble and find another financial institution.

I have been to better banks and other branch. This place lacks customer service. No body is smiling at you. If this is how all banking office are, i will be saving my money in my house. I misplaced my card, i shower them ID and they are questioning like i am not the one. I will stick with my other banks because this is just the worse.

When ever you want to visit this branch, give yourself an extra hour. Wait time is always too long and staff is slow too. Most of the time parking lot is also full.

Staying close to this branch, I had multiple visits here and none had any negative experiences. The staff is very good at their work, courteous and professional. The turnaround time per customer can be long, especially in busy hours, so expect some wait. They do have a locker facility which is fairly good and secure. Although not everyone is much aware of or has access to it, so sometimes it gets chaotic.
There is very limited parking available outside but there is a complex next to it and on the opposite side of Islington Avenue where one can park.

This is more of a complaint. I went in there this morning to get smaller denominations for my $100 bills. As my kind clerk was counting the $5 bills pile another rude clerk walked in and dropped a $10 bill in the pile and took out 2 $5 bills. She glanced at me with a smirk and walked away. The kind clerk tending to me looked in confusion but considering the bank I asked him to see the $10 bill and told me to go on with the count. I tried to avoid s conflict on the basis that there was a line up behind me of eager customers. But it appalled me to see if lazy careless staff to take away notes from my pileinstead of going in the back and doing her job. Thankfully everything van be caught on camera but these clerks are at that job with responsibilities and duties and not to cut corners and play around with hard working citizens money. Never would recommend this branch.
