Would not allow me to access my account because my ID is expired I showed them my account on my phone told them whay happened and they still refused me i will never come back here again. Worst customer service I have ever had suggest avoiding this branch

Kajal did an amazing job helping me - she saw me walk in overwhelmed, quickly sat down with me and patiently helped me work through my banking situation. Did I mention that she was done her shift and on her way out when she saw me and stepped in! I'm very thankful!

Go here if you want to be spoken to condescendingly by 22 year olds who carry themselves with an air of superiority. They will also press to sell you products you don't want. And put you through the maximum of "Colonial style" hoops for simple transactions. I feel like the staff are not compatible with my outlook and 4 decades of banking experience. Pity. RBC used to be the Bank "for the people". No more.

Overall, I have not been a fan of the Royal Bank. I find the both the tellers and the financial advisors are poorly trained and unprofessional. However, there is a difference in the various branches. Some are definitely better than others. Maybe they were having a bad day at this branch but they were very rude, not willing to explain or help. Even asked me for my ID. Really! Would not recommend this branch.

Staff is often friendly, but unprofessional and too casual for a bank setting. Turnover is pretty high so they are not very knowledgeable or efficient either. I’m often asked personal questions in front of everyone waiting in line behind me and it makes me uncomfortable.
The place itself is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located.

Went there today and had a terrible experience. 2 tellers and 2 people in front of me. They served the 2 people and then one of the ditched her post. She said someone would be right with me. The other teller had to help a client with a bigger issue and so i just stood there waiting. Once a line started to form the original snot came back and opened. I so badly wanted to knock her off the high horse she thinks she's riding. So much arrogance for a rotten customer service rep. RBC customer service is the worst! Never again will i step foot in this bank.

When I go to this bank I'm being asked if I've been to the local covid testing site recently as well as if I've been near someone who has been tested recently. What? So if I say yes, then you won't serve me? Are you going to pay my bill for me? Way over the top!

Have been with RBC all my life.
This is the only branch that makes me feel that I'm visiting for the first time.
Many employees have the uncanny ability to make me feel that I'm a burden and wasting their time.
I remember when Debby Pitcher was there. It was so different then.

Dear Branch, The service your client advisors provides is incredible. My last advisor was Mr Avery Shoemaker who was just super and very friendly. He was great but I’ve also had excellent service from at least 4 other advisors, all ladies if I’m allowed to say that? I’m from out of town and it was so great to find a branch like my home branch of Kincardine. Ty ty to all your staff and I hope all are safe Sincerely Norm Atkins

You cannot reach anybody in this branch by phone, you get a virtual assistant, and go around in circles, and never speak to anybody. Terrible service!

Awful. Natasha the bank manager does not help or care at all. Money goes missing and we are told it's our fault for using our debit card. No one takes responsibility or ever calls back. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service. This is a bank you cannot and should not trust with your money. I would say I'd like to be contacted about my comment, but they won't contact me. Even if they did they would just tell me how I'm wrong and it's my fault for thinking I could trust them with my money.

I had a good experience at this branch. They had a Persian client advisor (Maral) who helped me for my banking work. I think it is good idea for banks to have the client advisors for different languages if people who are not good at English need more explanations about banking and have some questions.

Pretty good bank! The manager helped me out last time and gave me more details that I didn't know so it was a very informative trip. Also provided me with exactly what I asked for! Also managed to get in before a few others because he was doing the walking through the line of people waiting seeing if he could help you not at a till! Super convenient.
