I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning, I use to love going to this bank until my mother & I came in one morning trying to open another bank account by RBC. Instead I got an terrible experience.
I trust this is not the way for RBC,
That Awful Manager Angela does not wish to help with valued customers, the most awful customer service I’ve experienced by far.
My mother was asking questions while Angela was giving attitude and horrible body language. Angela rolled her eyes multiple times, kissed her teeth & etc. Angela’s behaviour is unbearable please do better RBC for the customers. I went to a different branch down the street by Keele and wilson instead & they gave me the best customer experience, in the end I ended up opening a new bank account with them.

If I can give no stars I would, this banking branch is one of the worst banking branches I’ve ever went too. Poor customer service, Won’t help you with anything especially the female Manager. Rbc please do better, bring back the old Manager because the new one doesn’t know what she’s doing!
Also she is horrible with communication skills and is not professional at her job.

The manager “Angela” needs to be demoted extremely rude to clients. Tells me she’s the branch manager but hands me a mutual funds representative card. Kissed her teeth at me when I ask questions and made me feel like I was watching Maury instead of getting questions about my finances answered.

Keeps locking me out my account and holding my cheques when I asked the mgr in person if it would be released he said yes but I have no access and have to go in person again! Worst customer service ever!

Their teller wasn't able to help me as it seemed like they didn't know the answer, so they called someone else to help me and they were dismissive and rude. They pushed me out and made it obvious that their focus was simple customer interactions.

Beware of this branch specifically. Angela Menna - the "branch manager" is the most incompetent, ignorant individual who is far from manager quality. Same with her puppet Timothy Nguyen - another joke. This bank put all of my money on hold without confirmation and turns out the hold was unwarranted. I suggest switching accounts because your money is not safe here. I'm closing my account and moving to BMO

Well, I'm surprised to read these bad comments about this branch, I have been in different branches in my entire life here and as a district manager for a big company in my working life this is one of the best customer services I have ever recived.

This branch is very slow. Two tellers at the bank. Where is everybody? The guy at the desk needed more practice. This branch used to have four tellers at the desk in the past. This shows that the manager needs to wake up and start caring for the customers.

The bank at Bathurst and Sheppard has four tellers working there because they care about the customers. That is nice.

I deposited cheque rent payment at this bank frequently. I ask the teller for a copy of blank deposit slip. She refused to gave me for a reason that my name was not reflected in the profiles. The mere fact that I am the one who signed on the deposit slip when I made deposits is enough evidence that I am employee of the company. Besides I was able to secured blank deposits slips from other teller 3 days before and I told that to her but she said NO its not for me.wow ridiculously.its look like for me is a matter of just tellers appreciations for you to get blank deposit slips.

How can a manager said that they have to hold another bank draft for 7 days. Don't want to help. All you need to do it just have to call the other place to verify and done with it. Instead said I'm sorry I can't do it for you. Been with RBC for years or couple decades and know that they can do it and did it before. Very disappointed with this MANAGER at this location. Manager here rather sitting around talking to other staffs then trying to help.

So I went into this branch to deposit a business cheque and the manager told me they don't deposit cheques in the branch. I've deposited cheques at other locations without no issues. Wow worst location ever. There needs to be reshuffling of staff here. No one knows what they're doing.

Came to open a brand new account and the guy asked me if I had an RBC card.asked to book an appt for next Sat and he said they are no availabilities without even checking or trying to help.no common sense.no customer service.
