Don't try and use the drive-through ATM unless your driving a truck/suv.they've mounted it so high that it's essentially useless to someone in a regular passenger car.

Worst management ive ever seen jessica the assistant manager is the most unprofessional person ever! I have ever talked to she was to call and defuse a issue i had with a employee there and the way i was treated and she treats me worse then any of them. Worst branch ever. I will be following up with higher up more professional people absolutely disgusted with how i was treated not once but TWICE.

Holding all paper cheques now, Nah, I'll be going to a different bank and closing my account that's nuts. Regardless of personal or business accounts and length of time a customer. Keep being corrupt just like TD.

Customer service is horrendous, every time I use this branch I’m reminded of why I prefer Gravenhurst.

1 star is generous. Poor service and communication skills from the teller. No consideration of my time and thought nothing of having me drive back to the bank (1/2 hour each way) in a couple of days to check if my deposit of a bank draft could be done. I won’t be using this branch for any future business. Unfortunately 1 poorly trained employee reflects on everyone in the branch.

Best bank around in the Orillia area for sure.

Always have long lines or closed within their business hours which isn't necessarily their fault but they should maybe think about hiring more staff. Impossible to actually talk to someone at that location on the phone. Was supposed to have a phone call appointment with a financial advisor there (Cathrine) and was never even called so I booked time off of work for nothing. When I tried to call about this the gentleman who helped me couldn't even get in contact with anyone at the Orillia branch.

The people at the branch are very friendly and knowledgeable. The automated phone system puts you in circles but all the banks are the same.

Often when I go in I am assisted by Justyce, she so friendly and always so helpful great service all around!

Used the drive thru. Good location. Easy access. Parking lot also goes into home depot which can make getting in hectic

Looks like a newer bank. I only used their ATM machine, So I had no interaction with staff. Loads of parking here.

My favorite bank, but never has enough ATM's around town. There is 1 ATM other then the actual Branch Machines. So if I have to go to Bank for a cash machine while I'm out I might as well just use the Teller during the day. I just find it very inconvenient and if I use some other ATM or Cash Point I get charged for using a NoN RBC Machine. So I try to get as much Cash back from Stores so I don't pay any extra bank charges! Thanks for reading this if you did.

Deserves a zero, but not an option. Terrible customer service. They are quick to pass the buck when a problem arises. Left three messages with an adviser at this branch over the course of 10 days, never once did they return my call.
