I had the same experience as Inna Yakovlev had. The bank teller works at this bank location lies or doesn't know what she's talking about. I visited today and asked for the exchange rate from US dollar to CAN dollar. She first gave me a rate that was quite reasonable, I agreed to convert my US dollar to CAN dollar and deposit them to my chequing account. Then she said, out of pocket, there will be a difference if you want to deposit and gave me a much lower exchange rate. I asked how come the rate changed so much in such a short time and she replied 'that's because your question is different. ' I am speechless, not sure she's dumb or being an axx hxxx. If there's zero star, I would give that to this location.

Had a glitch happen during an online banking session and Tapiwa went above and beyond to help resolve. He quickly understood the situation and helped us. Great employee and his customer service was exceptional

Bad branch. Majority of staff were hired post covid and are untrained. Senior staff sent there to train are rude. I've witnessed them mock and gaslight an elderly man who had an account opened in his name without his consent. RBC is really struggling with poor service and this branch is no exception.

This lady was very rude clearly she a braindead person this branch doesnt really help customers especially that lady shes a morena toned skin with a accent definitely she needs to get booted out that workplace the job isnt for her

I called in two weeks ago regarding my mortgage which is due for renewal December 2022 and wanted to know if I can renew six months before my due date. Michael told me that I can only renew 120 days before my due date. We left it off that he would call me back early August to discuss my mortgage renewal. On Friday June 10,2022 I received in the mail two RCB envelopes. One contained a letter confirming that I requested to switch my RBC Rewards Gold Visa which I’ve had for 22 years with no annual fee to an Avion Infinity visa with $120.00 annual fee. As you can imagine I was shocked and horrified because I NEVER once mentioned anything about any credit cards. The second envelop contained the new credit card. I called the number on the back of my rewards gold card and informed them that I never did such a thing nor did I ever speak to anyone about it. The lady on the other end told me that Michael was the one that illegally switched my card without my consent. He committed fraud and that does not sit well with me. Now I am being told that it’s a grandfather card and once it’s switched I cannot get it back. I did not
Request this and it’s not fair that I have to suffer the consequences because he chose to illegally impersonate me and switch my Visa card. Justin who knows and works with Michael called me last night June 10,2022 to explain how michael made such a terrible mistake. So Justin’s excuse for Michael goes like this…After Michael spoke to me only in regards to my mortgage, he got another called from a customer that wanted to switch her Rewards Gold visa to Avion infinity and he had my profile still opened on his computer and instead of switching her rewards gold visa to Avion he switched mine. How convenient that someone calls right after me and wants what I NEVER wanted. Also, when anyone calls the bank they ask security questions to confirm who you are before they make any changes. Tell me how he confirmed this other customers name, home address, plus other personal questions and still made changes on MY visa! I feel sick to my stomach with all the lies RBC customer service reps and managers are trying to feed me. They still won’t switch me back to my visa that I had for 22 years. Will never deal with them again. Will definitely renew my mortgage with a bank that respects their loyal customers and not allow their employees to illegally switch customers visas without their knowledge. Horrible customer service.

ATM was open during branch hours but now open longer. Their foyer to the elevator was a great place to wait for a no shelter bus stop during bad weather.
Great that you don't need envelopes to make deposits. EXCEPT when someone has 50 20s. Imagine someone making a night deposit and taking 5 minutes to feed that bill reader and exposing themselves to someone intent on robbing them.

Rude and unprofessional service. Do not recommend this location. Eastern European lady with terrible attitude. Honestly customers come first.
