Only 2 tellers working and the line up was so long! Also the teller booked me with someone to be able to deposit my work check and have no hold what a waste of my time the person said I can't. Not a great bank to deal with!

I came to this branch to ask for some info about the line of credit and a bank certification from the security/ front door person to the advisor; they were so helpful and diligent. Ajanthika, the advisor, was very knowledgeable, patient with all my inquiries and very kind. People usually leave reviews about complaints, but few take the time to congratulate the personnel when people do excellent customer service. My experience was 5+, and definitely I have to recommend this branch.

Very poor service, they takes too much time for one customer, they don’t care how many customers are waiting. I waited 1 hr for my just small work

Huge lineup. One of slowest locations.
Make sure you have more then one hour in waiting to be served.
Go to other brand is fastest.

Worst ever customer service. I booked an appointment for new account and credit card. She was in hurry like hell even I have an appointment with her. She opened an account in less than 10 mins without explaining the benefits properly. And for credit card she didn't even explain different cards and their benefits, she asked me to send docs over email and told me she will revert back. The appointment lasted for 10 mins which is usually for 1 hr.
It is been more than a week since she didn't responded.

Seems to be a staffing shortage issue. Also lack of training, no offense, if you are dealing with my money I want someone who knows what they are doing and I want to be included in the process not on the other side of a desk praying it goes smoothly. I made one payment here and felt like I was being given the run around of my account info and such as they are asking me about money but not revealing information about my finances that is present on their screen. But I'm supposed to trust the banks right?

I Scheduled a PHONE appointment. A PHONE APPOINTMENT! When I contacted the branch, they feigned "surprise" & claimed it was supposed to be an "in person appointment", even though I have the email from them that confirms it was a phone appointment lol. They couldn't get that right, so what makes you think they'll do any better with your banking needs? This branch is always busy and usually there isn't enough tellers, so expect at least a 15 minute wait (if you're lucky). Your best bet is just to avoid this branch.

This RBC is terribly slow. 3 tellers serving 6 customers take 1 hour. This is not the only tine, its always this slow. Something needs to be done.

Worst location from a timing prespective. For a simple solution you have to wait at least 40-50 mins in line because there is only one or two teller working.

Worst branch I’ve ever been too. They never have more than 1 person working. The line will be out the door and they work so slowly. They are extremely incompetent and rude and no help at all. Do not recommend this bank at all.

1 star is far too generous a rating for this branch but I'm the fool who keeps returning to this branch simply because it's the closest location. Staff are very incompetent, it seems every time I'm in, I always see multiple staff members helping out a single client and they never have any awareness of how long their lines are getting. Avoid this location if you value your time because the branch staff certainly do not.

In line at 4: 30 pm on a Monday. There is 8 people in line and only 2 people working. Horrible. Waited for almost 30 minutes before getting to the counter.

This review is strictly for Bharathi Chitte. Her customer service and approach to existing RBC customers is poor. Thanks to her coworker for making up for her flaws and helping me with the request I came in for. The branch manager should retrain her on good customer service etiquette and solving customer needs not selling products uncessary.

I usually don’t like to be rude but this branch is trash, wait times are insane to see a teller. I hope they get more tellers so they don’t lose their clients to their competitors.

New branch, but terrible service & wait times. You’ll literally have to stand for 45 mins plus for a teller. If you couldn’t already tell by the ratings here, it’s not a branch you would wanna come to if you don’t have it extra time Cus they sure like taking their sweet time. RBC quarterly makes enough profit off of people’s money to hire more tellers but they won’t because of course all the banks are cheap. I definitely will be changing my institution soon, including the business account to CIBC. Much faster & quicker service than RBC.

The service is inexcusable. Be ready to give them an hour of your time for them to use your money & the slow service. Branch manager needs to look into hiring more people before their rating comes down to 1 star & if a bank branch doesn’t have enough clients coming in. They have to close so good luck.

Wait time in unheard of even after Covid restrictions have been put down. It depends on how long each client takes, that’s understandable but to have only 3 tellers working for a line of 15 plus…& not doing anything about it is not service & not what we pay for. Major competitors have the advantage in terms of service & efficiency. I hope you fix this issue. An hour of wait to see the teller is frankly ridiculous.
