Was in line to get some change for my business. The line was about 15 people long and the bank only had 2 people working the front desk to help. 2 employees we’re having a personal conversation for about 10 minutes while everyone waiting in line and didn’t offer to help once. Not sure if they were able to but really felt like my business wasn’t appreciated. Will only come here since I have to for work purposes.

Joined the 1 star club and proud of it, apprantly they don't want to help the person if he is from another bank. Good luck giving u business in future

I have so much hate for this bank that I wish it would close down always screwing with me and my cheques since when can you hold a government cheque and then I argue about it and then they mess with my online so I can’t log in

We are banking with RBC for several years now. This branch has very poor service. The Team members are trash and so is the Manager. The Manager should work in Money Mart or The Dollar Store. The lady lacks empathy, she is a stick in the mud. They ask irrelevant questions and are very inefficient with the system. I will be pulling all my business with the bank, it’s very stressful.

This location has got to have the worst customer service. Won’t verify funds. Management is a complete joke. Connie, their AGM is useless at her job and really should find another career. They have no desire to assist customers with anything and would rather argue with you then do their jobs. Took me on a whirl wind of lies and told me there was nothing they could do as it’s a ‘policy’ with RBC. Drove to another bank, no issues whatsoever and carried on with my day.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH.

Save your time and go elsewhere.

This bank is terrible. Very nasty management. Very condescending towards their clients. I was basically yelled at for coming into the bank. Definitely take your business elsewhere if you have an option. They don’t care about you at all they just want your $

The man I dealt with at Mapleview was the rudest, most condescending person I have ever spoken to at a bank. I would never deal with this guy again. I would rather go to another bank.

Tana (Financial Advisor) is slow to respond and does not follow up or follow through with Clients. She was a solid reassurance as to why I only have one product with Royal Bank. Take your business elsewhere!:)

What I witnessed today was just unreal for one of the richest bank's in Canada. The bank opened at 10am, 11 of us lined up at 9: 45am. I saw poor senior citizens who could hardly stand be told they might have to wait up to one hour to get into the bank to do their banking. No wait if they could do on-line banking. This is no way to treat your customer's who probably don't even understand how to do on-line banking. I was doing a coin order for my business which I waited for one hour to get. This makes no sense at all. We were all out in the full sun on a hot day. If you are going to make the elderly wait that long you should be providing shade and chairs for them. They deserve at least that much from your bank. I have to bank at your place because my business uses it. My own bank TD would never treat the senior's in such a horrible way. This branch is the worst branch I've ever used in all my life. Sham on you. Stop making everyone bank on- line and treat your customers with respect. I heard other people behind me in the line up say the same exact same thing. I would give a zero if allowed on this review. Seniors should be treated with respect and cared for not made to line up in the hot sun with no chairs. I bet your bank Manager sits on a chair.
Just pathetic for such a rich bank.

Don't try to phone this branch, they aren't interested in talking to their customers so they have their branch number bounce to the 800 number.
You are just a number and not a person to them.
