Very, very bad experience with Nicole.rbc would allow Nicole to call and recommend loan activity without my consent! Extremely irresponsible service. Covering up some important information just to sign a contract. Once the contract was signed, immediately shirked responsibility. I would advise everyone to find her with caution. And remember, the whole process needs to be documented by yourself. Because when the agent she will deny it completely. When investigated, it is surprising to say that she did not record herself and does not do anything about it. She is someone who takes other people's money to improve her own performance!

Terrible customer service. Went into bank for an appointment only to find out representative double booked and tried to say I didn’t have an appointment despite 2 confirmation emails saying I did. She proceeded to yell at me in the middle of the bank. I was there to start estate process for my recently deceased husband. Can’t wait to get all accounts closed

I been to this branch 3 4 times and every time the staff is really helpful. Recently i am facing some issues with my account and i went to brampton branch and those people they don't even care about customer as i also explained them that i am a truck driver i can't go to my home branch as its closed on weekends and am in states Monday to Friday.but they said thats your problem but when i came to Milton branch there's a lady called Arian.sorry if i spelled it wrong but she is incredible, she understood my circumstances and solved my problem in minutes and as her manager is also great.will recommend this branch 100%

Excellent customer services. We were in line and Chris approached us by his own to get our things fixed asap. This is the best services I ever received from any RBC branch. Keep up the good works guys. Appreciate your work.
