RBC Royal Bank

This place is so sad, I've tried to come 4 times now and every time, there's been a line to the door. Today took 25 minutes just to get to a teller. Nothing could make me want to change banks more.

Super long line and employees work very slow
Only one or two people working on the line and the literally cant be slower than this

That short hair white woman, always sitting in the right table is sooo rude and mean and probably racism. She was like refusing to help me with my problems. I went to find her twice, she said she mailed my form but I think she didn’t because my form was not delivered after 2 weeks. When I come again, she refused to help me and saying that she just can’t do anything. But I went to another branch at Main Street, they helped me with patient, all the methods she said she can’t was available at Main Street branch. I think she's racist, and she treats me badly because she thinks I'm young and tries to put me off.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Worst banking experience. Ankido. S ignores his clients and overbooks his calendar so when you show up for your appointment, he says, “there is no appointment. ”Goodluck complaining to another bank advisor about it— they will just give you attitude and tell you theres no appointments for the week.

I made an appointment to finalize opening my business account and they didn't seem to know what they were doing and sat me down in the waiting area and left me there for 40 minutes without saying a word or following up. I just left. Don't waste your time.

First time here and Rodrigo was professional and friendly, easy to talk and get things done efficiently. Great communication as well. I was very happy/luck to meet him! Recommend to someone who needs financial planner with RBC

There are 8 people in line and 1 teller at 3pm on a Friday. How can you run a business like this?
