Very bad customer service, we were waiting in queue and tellers were busy in gossiping. Disappointed.

Timely and great service! Manal was very professional and helpful. Accessible space and free parking.

Was on my way to open a new account at this branch, but the tremendous amount of bad reviews has made me reconsider my choice.
Off to Scotia Bank.

Its always the worst experience to come to this branch tellers are sick or their work, its a horrible drama when I think to go to this branch from last 2 years

The lady I approached regarding information on opening new account or RRSp said to me it's almost 5 o'clock and we are closing. It was 435 pm. I just left the bank across the street and they explained everything in 15 - 20 minutes. She then book my appointment for next week. So sad when you want invest money.and they say we are closing and can't help you till next week. She didn't give me any options if there was maybe an earlier time like 3pm.

I then called back and booked me in to the same branch on Thursday at 3pm.

I will be speaking to Manager regarding motivation and drive in this type of positions. I will not work with her but hopefully I have a better experience with someone else at the branch on Thursday

There should be more administrative control given to contact centers in order to limit essential visits to branches and increase efficiencies and effectiveness of service delivery in both branches and contact centers.

Worst RBC Bank, they really need to change staff or better train them. For a simple deposit 1 hour.
Never visiting this branch. Please avoid or u have alot of rime to wait and waste.
