Went in branch today without appointment. They were nice enough to get me in to meet with investment advisor. Unfortunately he had so much Cologne on, I had to leave. I was kind, when i informed him. He didnt apologize, just glared at me and was indignent. Overall since the pandemic bankers are losing their professionalism.

For whole week calling to solve an issue in my online banking account but no reply (hang on after 60-90 min for more than 6 times), at the end they asked me to visit a branch, at the branch they didn’t know the process, I was feeling that it is the first time for them!
After 5 years of banking with both TD and RBC, I can say TD is way much better

I had an appointment to open a business bank account. I showed up for my appointment to find out that the advisor had move to another branch. Got to the Streetsville branch, met with the advisor and after 16 minutes we were no further ahead. I left without opening the account - incompetent staff.

My appointment with mr verma got cancelled coz of some issue in the bank.i called him 20 times for new booking but no response. Such an irresponsible staff this bnk has. When i went there was lineup of 10 ppl n noone assisted me.

Absolutely the worst branch ever. Was told last week to come in with my purchase of agreement so they can withdraw money from my RRSP. Closing is on Friday and no one was able to help me. The women (sales advisor) was yelling at the teller telling them to tell me she can’t help me and it’s too bad I didn’t have an appointment, the week before when I came, and nobody told me I need an appointment they told me to just come in with my purchase agreement. She was so unhelpful and everyone else at the Streetsville RBC location was extremely unhelpful purchasing a home is already such a stressful process especially close to closing and it was just really unfortunate that they treated me so bad today. The teller told me there’s no appointments available in Mississauga today. However, he was lying because I simply called the Mississauga Hazleton branch and somebody was able to take me here.

I needed to establish a PIN for a new client card, and arrived at this branch at 3: 55 pm. There was one person in front of me in the line waiting, and there were three tellers helping 3 people. Two of the tellers were obviously in training, the third teller was very chatty and did not put any value on the time wasted. After 45 minutes the line had grown to 12 people. The people being served by the tellers obviously had some very complex business issues, which should never have been addressed by a teller: there should have been a meeting setup and an hour private consultation booked in an office. After 55 minutes the doors to the branch were closed. After 5: 00 pm I was finally served, and took 30 seconds to establish my new PIN. Absolutely unbelievable waste of time and very frustrating to everybody caught in that branch.

I have been going to this branch for the last 12 year. Most rude manager you can ever meet. She was behaving and arguing like owner of small mama papa shop. RBC has lowered its standard by bringing this kind of managers who does not know the meaning of customer service. I wish I could give negative stars!

This branch refused to cash out a cheque which I have done several times in another RBC branch. Uncooperative and unreliable. Save your time and avoid this branch.

RBC has to hire more tellers at this location. Every time I come here I have to wait over 20 mins.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

I am extremely disappointed to be writing this as I’ve been a client with RBC for 27 years, if I could give a no star ratings I would. I met with Victor Varma who I believe is a financial advisor and the wealth specialist advisor over a month ago (coming up on 2 months) to move money from a Sunlife to RBC and I’ve had no updates, no emails no communication. I have emailed Victor multiple times, went into office and have received no communication as to where my money is. Thank you RBC for keeping out of the loop of where my money went or even is.

Complete Waste of Time.
After 30 minutes setting up the meeting, and then another 10 minute phone call to change the bank location, only to arrive and find out, they absolutely could not help me.

Mr Victor Verma needs to have some sense of professionalism in him. We clients are not beggers. We bring money to the bank we expect cooperation n your respect. Not such negative attitude
