I'm really impressed by the floor supervisor/ Manager of customer service, Ms. Marilyn Kent. She always have her eyes on the clients and does her best to move the people in the line up.
She even jumps behind the teller herself whenever needed.
I found her very patent and kind and efficient. She is very respectful to everyone regardless of their race and gender. She treats everyone equally.

I love going this branch mostly because of Marilyn Kent who i think is the floor manager. She is kind, respectful and very thoughtful. She is always present and has the best interest of her clients in mind. She is a super efficient, hard working and lovely person to interact with. You ROCK MS. KENT!

I have 3 different accounts: 2 business accounts and one personal, and have been with the bank for 20 years. Never feel have a good experience with the bank, the staff and management are changing all the time, every time you came in, you don’t know what kind of service you will get. People are working with very limited experience and knowledge and customer service is not satisfied.

The staff are poorly trained. They lack the fundamental skills to provide answers to basic banking issues. Good luck if you have a complex matter. Customer service amongst staff is lacking. They are prone to making human errors which can have a very negative experience and impact on customers. I regret opening my business account here. I do not recommend this branch.

The absolute worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced, these people don’t help you at all, just a lot of attitude, and they always say they can’t help and them in the end after all the drama they do exactly what they say the couldn’t do……

I’m very disappointed to witness the unprofessional behaviour of the acting manager, by the name of Hamza or something like that, at the branch on Thursday February the 2nd. A client wanted to deposit a government cheque to his account, the acting manager asked what the cheque is for. The client said it’s for the refund of the overcharged rent. The manager said it cannot be for that. The client said to the manager that he should see who has issued the cheque and stop asking the questions. The manager kept saying it’s the banks policy not to accept a cheque unless it’s known what’s it for! Seeing a manager so rudely imply that the client is lying instead of using his head and think that perhaps the amount of the cheque is the result of accumulated amounts through a long period of time. Perhaps I should blame the upper level management that place anyone to act as a manager. A person who does not understand the meaning of customer service should not be in service business, let alone being in management level. I don’t know to blame the bank’s policies or the rude and unprofessional manager.

I needed to speak to a business account manager in the branch, they took my account info, and I was told someone in the branch will contact me, after a while that I did not hear back, I visited the branch again and requested talking to an account manager, I was told to send an email to Alexander meile, I sent 3 emails, the only answer I received was that "my schedule is full this week. ", after sending 3 emails in 3 different weeks, no response was received, I did ask if you could advise me to contact someone else regarding my request please let me know, but no response, this is an unprofessional and rude behavior, it seems RBC employee is not capable of answering emails and RBC should work on training its employees. If RBC can not or do not want to respond to your customer's requests/questions, at least let them know and not waste their time, this is almost a month that I want to talk an account manager and there is no one to answer to my inquiries. I do not recommend this branch whatsoever.

One of the finest interaction with Customers, most gracious and
very helpful.
If we treat the Staff working at this Branch with respect,
that will cause always a friendly exchange. This RBC Branch
has truly become one important part of our Neighbourhood.

Please Rosemary just retire. It doesnt take this long for the easiest of banking services, complete waste of time, took her an hour to complete the exact service another teller in the same branch 15mins to do last week. 0 stars, 1 is being too generous.

Branch Now closed on sat -what.
And if need urgent help - go to branch help online which has no association with branch
- and after a few hours - you go to a call desk in mississauga.
You are then asked many questions about your personnal banking etc by someone you do not know
Ask them same questions like last name and they are insulted. This is nuts.
Only give 1 star in case 0 does not register
Wjll visit branch on Monday and try to talk to a real possbly empowered person

We have always found this RBC to be professional. Service is quick and the building is pretty.
It’s also a local hangout for many many pigeons.

Worst customer service.

My account was freezed because of suspect of a fraud cheque I received from my employee. They are not willing to help me in the situation.

They were very rude with me and even said we have other customer with more money than you that was blocked, so why we would care about your situation.

I asked to speak with the manager, and for some reason they don't allowed me to speak with the manager. They said I will have e to go back another day.

This branch made me decide to cancel my account on RBC. Good bye RBC!

*****WORST BRANCH EVER*******

I had fraud done on my account and the way RBC dealt with it was freezing my account, after informing me everything was okay (communication came from this branch). All my bills bounced costing my over a $1000 NSF charges. Again I went back to this branch, only reason being it's located across the street from where I live, just to be told to take my business somehwre else! After 15 years of being a client, I've decided to leave RBC.
