Zero stars if possible, workers will do everything but work horrible wait times go to the one on Mountainash instead.

Chandru is amazing person, went out of his way to help me. I had issue with transunion and he helped me right away. He helped with all the questions although I don’t bank with RBC. I will highly recommend him.

Best advisor i have ever met in any bank. Kamalpreet singh is having superb way of telling everything.

This is one of the worst branch I've dealt with. With the fees RBC charge, this branches performance and customers service is subpar. This branch needs some reconstructing.

I visited RBC Royal Bank for new account opening and I met with Kamalpreet Singh. He explained everything very well. I had a great experience with him. He is helpful and nice person.

Sitting chairs in meeting rooms are not too good and comfortable. Either the service and deals are so good. Please change the chairs for customers.

Bank is fantastic and staff working in the bank is also very helping specially Rabia and kanwalpreet both of them are soo nice and very polite.

Been to this location many times and it seems like you get priority if you are Indian and people cut the lines and the tells and managers help them instead of telling them to wait their turn. Not fair to those who actually wait in line and wait their turn.

Worst rbc I’ve ever been to the lady was so rude I really wish I could’ve slapped her.super frustrating when the staff don’t even care to help clients …. Why do you have a customer service job if you have people? Also smells horrible in this location… gross

Today my sister and I went to this branch of RBC. The lady named Sana was really nice and calm. She was not rushing up at all. She applied for credit cards on the behalf of us and those got approved as well. Thanks Sana, you gave us great services.

Very bad customer service, i went there and asked them to solve the issue I’m having with my client card and the lady was like i’m busy i wish i could help you out and she just asked us to come other time like what the heck

My online banking wasn't working and i went there and told them that i have problems with my online banking. And the lady told me that she is busy and I should for some more days. On top of it she was very very rude.

Worst branch in this area. I thought td was slow but these guys are dead. People are waiting in the area and they are over their appt time. If they ask someone where is such a such advisor they reply we dont know. Half of the time they are training the staff.

I liked there service. Pretty quick and helpful.
Simmi helped with my account setup and she was good.

Zombies work here. They don’t wanna move around. Slow and dead. Went to close an account and they wrote up a lame letter instead of a form and letter itself doesnt make any sense.

We got notated that are card will come in 8 weeks. It’s been 6 months since we requested it so we went to get and we were told it wasn’t requested at all by anyone to get the card in the FIRST PLACE. So disappointing

I was supposed to close my BMO and keep my RBC, you guys made it so complicated that I will just close my account with you and move it all to BMO.thanks for the 10+ years but you lost a client.

I had no problems went I went into this bank. I had no idea and no bank card because I lost everything. They were able to help get my bank card back with many questions for me to answer.
They were polite and not rude in the slightest.

This Branch is a joke, noone takes you seriously, In fact RBC itself is a joke. Their way of working is highly primitive. Once you r hung up with an advisor, there's no other person in the whole bank who can help you except that advisor, imagine what happens if he leaves the bank.

I was told my account is free for 2 years by my advisor but he put a note on my account that its free for 1 year which I was unaware of. Now they start charging me every month. Theres no proof on account what he told me a year before. That Advisors name is LOKESH PURI. He is never available on phone not he calls you back even after leaving innumerable messages/emails.

I strongly recommend against this advisor and bank!

I’m fully satisfied with the service by the faculty of RBC. “Sukhdeep Kaur Grewal” helped me out from my every confusion situation. She was very polite and helping towards giving me the service to satisfy as her customer. At last, I wanna say that she did her job very well. Thanks dear!

There is a phone number I can reach this branch nobody answer trying since 9: 30 now time is 12: 30. I know it’s going threw adviser but nobody answer the call at this location.

I was need balance letter from my account with stamps they said they will charge $15 only for type some letters and they will give me next day

Very worst service. Some of them don’t have any idea about what they are doing. I was scheduled with financial advisor his name may be Lokesh Puri. While talking it seems he is less knowledgeable and then he started ignoring. Not professional approach. I recommend not to set up any meeting with this person.

RBC insurance.

Man at front desk named Kevin is both rude and unprofessional. Refused to give me an appointment for later that day. Asked me to come back at any time and my 'needs' would be taken care of.

When I came back in later that day i was told the Insurance advisors day was booked. I was also made aware of the fact that RBC has a toll free number I can dial. What kinda idiot would leave the comfort of their home to come meet someone they've previously dealt with and not dial the 'toll free number'. Ridiculous.

Worst & horrible customer service. Never ever visit this branch there staffs are too rude & unprofessional.

OMG this branch is slow! The people move like they work in a funeral home. Go to another branch.
