I wish I could give a Zero. I came to the bank yesterday to do 4 business deposits. On my day off, took over 1 hour. This is unacceptable for the wealthiest bank in Canada. You need more tellers on duty to get through busy times. This is not the first time I've waited this long. Get staff out of their offices to help when there is a big line up. I only use Royal Bank for my Owner's business. My bank TD at least has a business lane. You are penalizing small business that can't afford to use Brinks service. Please get your top CEO's and Executives to come to some of your branches to see how long the average person has to wait. Shame on you.

Came during standard lunch break to a huge line of customers (who pay loads of fees to bank here) and initially 4-5 tellers out but it reduced to only 2 tellers out at 12: 10. I think most people will be here for an hour. RBC employees should take their lunch breaks at non- peak times for customer centricity

Too much waiting for service, specifically at lunch, no one at the counter. They should understand that everyone else has lunch at the same time, shouldn't be more counter open? How do you feel if the restaurant does that?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This bank does so many illegal with peoples money and their accounts. Do yourself a favour and close your accounts here. They will take your money. WORST bank in Canada next to TD. Instead of helping you and calming you down when you’re stressing out and freaking about about your money, they tell you to shut up and walk away from.garbage customer service

Honestly switching to RBC was a huge mistake. This branch particularly has the worst customer service and wait times.

RBC is obviously not interested in dealing "person-to-person" The auto-attendent is brutal in pushing you to deal with it. When you finally get put on hold for an agent, be prepared for a very long wait. This Branch is 45 minutes from my house. I could have driven there faster than they are answering calls. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!

What kind of bank gives you a replacement card that you can only use at thier bank machine to take money out? What is the point of that? I bank with another bank as well and had to replace my card and they gave me an actual card you can use at stores to pay bills while you wait for your permanent one. My point of going in person to this RBC branch was to obtain a new card and actually get a replacement card that can be used at stores and other establishments. They were not very helpful at all. I would not waste your time going to this branch or any RBC banks for that matter. I'm happy to say I will be returning to my old bank and closing down my account with RBC completely.

Poorly staffed. Only a credit card holder, based on the wait times I would not recommend doing business at this location. Jury is still out on whether or not I would recommend on banking with RBC.

Your ATM says it operates from 7a to 10p i was there at 7.15a and it's closed.it's not funny.why that cashier because the others only have $20 bills.

This bank has really gone downhill. The assistant branch manager is very rude and not sincerely understanding. How did he even get his position. Knowing policies is one thing, but doing your best to make your clients happy is another. I have been with RBC for almost 10 years, and never had such a horrible experience. He could have simply told me that their new check cashing policy for all their services is to hold the majority amount for 5 business days and only give access to 100, when I had it done no problem before. But he had to be difficult and give me a simple no I can't do it. Switching to Scotia because this was absolutely ridiculous! Is 0 starts an option?

Bank is so slow, they don't care how long you wait, we are the costumers, with out any one of us they couldn't invest our money to make them richer, when I try to pull out a hand full of money I get told now that they can't allow me to take that much it's my Damm money, on top of holding my Checks for a week mean while it's the same checks for the last few years worst bank ever

Usually my branch waive fee but this branch teller said the Manager don't do! The Branch manager is not helpful. No fee waive on multiple drafts.

I was was well served within 5 minutes by a lady who understood my requests and my stay in the bank was quite short. As usual…. No complaints.

First time at this location and it's the slowest facility iv ever been too. Line up of 8 people 3 tellers left, 2 are left. 3 people have left the line and iv been here almost half an hour awful service!

Went here to open acc with the promotion of ipad. I was there at 3 oclock waited here. Employees were talking to each other. In terms of service there is no option of giving 0 star. Really very messy work. Called the customer service they conveyed you have to visit bank and bank employees told to call customer service.

I didn't believe the negative reviews until I actually had to go to this branch to deposit some cheques for a friend. The teller was was rude and completely unhelpful. Because they were cheques from someone else she wouldn't let me deposit them in my friends account even though they were legit cheques from a very well known insurance company made out in my friends name with her address and everything. I had all my friends info including an email from her allowing me to deposit them. The cranky old teller still wouldn't let me. When I asked how I could get them deposited she looked straight at me and said "I don't know" and then stopped talking signalling it was time for me to move on. Luckily my friend also had an account at CIBC and they didn't have an issue at all.

RBC is one of the best banks for sope proprietorship business banking. They are friendly and dilligent to meet your needs.

They're having people wait outside in 40degree weather. Few elderly waited for about an hour. I get the restrictions and despite someone's political views bank should figure out a way to keep people in a shade and/or not wait for too long.

The worst bank to deal with. I personally would never deal with this bank. The Branch manager is not polite or helpful. The Branch manager should realize that we are all people and just because they work for a bank does not make them above us. I am a business owner and I will never bring my business to RBC. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! I am with a credit union. I'm telling you that is the only way to go. There are no scams on our cards just RBC TD SCOTIABANK just BANKS do yourself a favor go to a Credit Union and they don't HOLD YOUR GOVERNMENT CHEQUES EITHER LIKE RBC DOES!

Very bad preparation for covid, no shade cover for clients and they ask us to wait out side in the sun. I saw a senior client almost fainting from standing outside. They can easily have people to wait in their cars and call them like all other respective businesses are doing.

Gross crimes against humanity, reason, logic and love. Please improve for me, not for you and market it for me. It makes it even worse. When a client is told stuff that is not true or does not happen, it's easy to see why you get a 1 star.

Really good customer service but do yourself a favor an leave if theres more than 4 people in line. Unless you have an hour or so to kill waiting
