What a rude customer service I said hi to customer service 2 times and her response with how can I help you she never said hi back Until I asked the third time.
(INDIAN ATTITUDE)

Very unprofessional and unorganised management. My appointment was set but when I arrived with my other office Manager to sign the documents, at the fixed time, the respective staff was not available and no one else knew about the appointment. They don't realize the importance of someone's time. Disappointed.

I am closing My business Account from from this branch RBC the only one reason Mr Walid my account Manager Very poor Service. I want to discuss with Branch manager about all this

They are very slow! I really don't understand why they cant afford to hire more staff! I had to go there at least a few days a week for a month. I spent at least half an hour every time! It seems that they do not appreciate their customers time and business!

Dumbest tellers. Worst location. They should just close the location as it would negatively affect RBC business. Or either fire the whole branch to save business.

Worst RBC Branch to visit. Always give you problems instead of solutions. Never visit this branch

Horrible and uneducated staff ever. Customer service were extremely bad. Very rude to customers, I wonder how they do business here! Educate your staffs in doing good customer service!

Great location, very busy at times. The branch manager is extremely helpful and you can sometimes find him helping the staff at a window!

The manager (Malcom) at this bank is extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed to make a withdrawal of $6000 and he said that they don’t keep that much money at that bank, like are you kidding me!? ! And then he went on talking to me rudely and he was the same way to customers before me. This is not what I expected from a RBC bank branch.

Horrible experience with this branch. The lady was so rude. Spent more time putting hand cream on then actually doing any work. Disrespectful and rude. Shame on RBC. They should want to do better. The woman who did help me was very good. But I had that chirpy of a woman behind me being disrespectful and unprofessional.
