Business line? What business line, they start taking regular customers into business line and you just wait there. They say business line close at 4 but its still open taking regular customers. 99% of the time its faster to go to the regular teller then the business line. You have a business account but you cant take out money you need. They give you some money and say go to atm and take the rest. Worst bank ever.

Businesses line is a joke, they are supposed to close at 4: 00pm but they close whenever you they want. I have been there plenty of times around 3: 30pm and all they do is send you to the main line and tell you no one is available (while the lady who does the business normally walks around ignoring you. Not to mention one of the ladies is so rude, only one and I know everyone knows who this one lady is.

Extremely poor service. I booked an online appointment 11 days in advance with an RBC rep at Bramalea City Center. I took time off from work for this appointment and on the appointment day, it turned out to be a no-show from the rep. I left a message through RBC online. The rep then called me saying they had a computer problem so couldn't come for the scheduled call. After we discussed, they said the'll send me an email with a list of docs they need and it's been 2 days since then but no email.

Very worst branch office, people not educated, most of them don't know how to use computer programs asking each other better go other office

Why don’t you have number that your branch costumers can call and get through to speak with a person? A little disappointed ️

They are extremely quick and Fast. Staff is Friendly. LACKESHA, the teller was very keen in serving. I will give here 5 stars.

Worst RBC. Waited 45 mins in line to see a teller. Only 1 person working the teller and all the other employees were in the back just watching the line grow. This RBC needs to close down.

Untrained staff and manager. The manager shows zero empathy and talked throughout in a condescending manner looking at her watch now and then. Also saying there is a huge lineup and she doesn’t want to waste her time. My issue didn’t get resolved. Once it does I’m closing my account. I feel zero percent valued being with this inhumane bank for last three years having them as the primary account. Don’t go in here if u want to increase ur blood pressure.

Staff doesn’t know what they are doing? Manager doesn’t know the meaning of creditability and guy Called Aiden had such a poor communication skills. Most illiterate people I have ever come across.

Most useless staff I have ever seen, senior leadership should look into it. They have their own rules that differ from other banks in the same city.
