Worst services of staff at this specific location, …. They don’t know how to handle customers… they don’t even try to solve customer issues they just ask customers to dial the online number …. Disappointed …. Being a newcomer to Canada opening a bank account in RBC that too in this branch is one of my biggest mistake.

Wanted to purchase British pounds from the branch. Called the branch number and was directed to automated recording directing you to make appointments to do a simple transaction. Just wanted to know if the branch had pounds available to go pickup. Telephone banking is useless as it doesn’t connect you to a live person to talk to and disconnects after encouraging you to use online services. What has the banks come to in offering service. No body to help you on the phone. All they want is your business and investments, mortgage, line of credit but no service for a basic foreign cash purchase. Pathetic service.

I went to different banks requesting the same service and everyone turned me down. But they were so understanding of how urgent the matter was and they helped me out. Especially Sargun and Aman, they were so kind and helpful. I was so happy with their service. I would definitely recommend this branch.

Had to stand in line for hours. And they don't treat customers properly.
Better go to another branch if you need fast and good service. Only 2 Cashiers and too lazy to do their work.

Rude staff. One of the worst RBC branch. Staff has no idea what they are doing. I asked for some cash and was harassed with 1000 questions. Its my money and I should be allowed it to take it the way I want. Wasted more than an hour here.

I very rarely go into the branch as there are so many online options now, but I had an issue that had to be sorted in a branch. I walked in to with about 3 people almost at the same time adding to a line of at least 4 already. I thought I would be there forever and I had to be elsewhere in an hour. While in line I noticed a few people working in their office. As One lady finished with a client, rather than rushing back to the office she came over to ask if she could help those of us waiting in line. She was unable to help others but she took me aside and assisted me. I was in and out in less than 20 min. The lady’s name was Sandra, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I mostly bank with CIBC but will be back to see her to move more banking over. I appreciate a bank that respects my time and my business as she did. I highly recommend seeing this lady and this location.
