I've been with RBC since more than 30 years, service quality went in ups and downs. However and to be honest, i have to mention that the Limebank rd branch's manager (in Ottawa, where i live) Mr Stuart Bryson is the best manager i've ever met. Very kind, helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. I would say that i'm still with RBC right now mostly because of him. Especially these days while all banks are switching more & more into disturbing online services!

Can't really do anything at this branch that you'd go to the bank for, like withdrawing foreign currency or smaller denominations of USD dollars (other than 20). Useless bank. Consider going to a different branch for your banking needs or online banking.

This branch is by far my favourite to visit. It is very large and spacious and kept meticulously clean. However, it's the service that really sets it apart. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by a CSR who was very helpful and accommodating. I then had the pleasure of working with the bramch manager there named Stuart who was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient! I can't say enough good things about my experience! If I good give 10 stars I would!

I had a poor experience with the customer service at this RBC branch. The so called financial advisor I spoke with was not helpful and seemed incompetent. He was also rude and did not take the time to verify important policies about their mortgage renewal rate hold time, insisting it was a maximum of 8 days rather than the 15 business days/21 calendar days that other RBC reps have told me. To make matters worse, he made it clear that he didn't have time for me and had another appointment in about 5 minutes. Luckily, I decided to visit another RBC branch on Carling and they provided me with excellent service and helped me get the best rate possible with the 21 calendar day hold. I recommend dealing with another RBC branch instead of this one.

Extremely rude service. Have been an RBC customer for years, and the lady at the front told me that I was not allowed to use the washroom.

Trying to make a payment on visa card is like pulling teeth.i had been paying the visa card ever since they opened this must be a training center.you get a different teller every so OFFTEN and you have to start all over identifying yourself yet their the new one today their were THREE and no manager to speak to. TERRIABLE service.billing bridge go in give the card give the payment here's your receipt good by. SIMPLE. Please close this branch and learn from the REVIEWS. O ya HAVE A NICE DAY.

Branch Manager won't address client issues and tell staff to say she's on conference call. Is there anything more important than a conference call than a client of some 40 years. Cowardly move.

The branch manger lady is total lying. I lost a few hundred dollars when the branch staff made a mistake to wire money by wrong currency rate. I complain with them and ask to return the funds of my lost in that time, the branch manger lady promised me that she will return half of my lost funds in the next time money wire. But when I am going to wire money again, she breaks her promise and refuse to return my lost funds, even she is very threatening me and says to cancel all my banking service. How trust is the RBC bank! What the worst bank service I have had it!

The only agent who knows how to do their job at this location is Ryan Nugent. I have had to deal with Mengdie Hong who was absolutely unprofessional and May Al-Chadirji, who is supposed to be a manager, had an appointment booked with me and never bothered to call at the appointed time. RBC is really starting to frustrate me. I should take my business elsewhere. COVID-19 and WFH does not mean that the quality of your customer service should be mediocre. The service I need cannot be done through online banking. I am super disappointed.

I decided to go here to get a roll of quarters that I needed, since it was the closest bank available to me. It’s amazing how customer service doesn’t exist any more. The gentleman at the front was absolutely fantastic. I feel sorry for him that I’m giving this review, he answered my questions and led me to a teller.he gets the one star, five iphad it been just him. When the teller asked for my rbc card, I told her I didn’t have one and a lady piped up in the background, oh, he isn’t a client here.sorry.ok, so I walk in but since I’m not part of the “club”, I’m NOT a client, you can be sure I never will be either. I apologize to the welcoming gentleman however, because he seemed to understand what customer service was.
