Extremely slow customer service. Before you come to this branch be prepared to be waiting in line for 30-45 mins before your turn comes

Staff badly needs the training. I would never ever do my banking. Worst branch, long lines. Nobody cares.

Staff has to learn the greeting and smiling at customers. My last visit made me feel the Lady (RP) was really not interested in her job. Very unprofessional, no eye contact, no interest. Please retrain the staff in basic customer service skills. Please train the manager to make sure his team at the branch delivers what is expected of them.

They are busy on their personal phone despite customers in line waiting unfortunately this is with all rbc banks i think they dont take their customers seriously i think that is not important.

I am very thankful to the staff who help me and listening to my explanation about my problem, I hope all of the people same as him. I forgot to ask his name. Thank you so much.

5 stars for only for Vikas Rana.he took the initiative to take care of us when he noticed. We were already waiting for more than 40mins just to be attended on the cash desk where no one was in a mood to finish their 1 transaction.

Bank lost my international cheque that i deposited 1.5 month ago and they called me and said sorry we lost ur cheque

I am dealing with various Canadian Banks since last 10 years but RBC is the WORST of them all. They do not value customer relationship, very difficult to get in touch with telephonically, staff is non-responding, Managers don't care. Better open personal & business accounts elsewhere if you want prompt & hassle free banking.

When I went there, there were no customers. I got a very quick service. Check the timings of this branch before your visit.

Horrible customer service never go there. Rude and unapologetically says they are financial advisor.

I visited at this location on 5 May 2022 for updating my residence status and SIN number but they did nothing. I call customer service on 17 May 2022 for sending my new credit card which is going to expire by this month, she told me I don't see any change/update in the account. Band should do internal process to get new credit card. Very poor service provided at this location. Very Disappointed

Wow! I must say I was super impressed of how the client advisor dealt with my situation. I was greeted with her wonderful warm friendly eyes (they are wearing masks). I explained what I needed to do and the advisor knew exactly what needed to be done. That’s what I call customer service! Thanks Marilyn for being helpful you are clearly an asset to RBC and your training demonstrates that. With that thank you.

I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you belong to subcontinent. This is the place where you will bigges racist with in the same race just because your custom is different.

They don't even care to smile at you. If you care about customer service or healthy atmosphere DO NOT GO THERE.

I had pleasure of speaking with Mr. Himanta Dahal (BM), who guided me with benefits of TFSA account by which I can also ended up saving $4 monthly fees on my account. He also answered my queries and quick setup of TFSA account. He was professional and courteous with his approach. Mr. Dahal ensured finest clients experience.

I booked my appointment online and Yogeshgiri Goswami was the person who is going to attend. He did not gave me the call and I waited for more than 30 mins. I had never experience such thing earlier but its irritating since we have to wait for hours when we call customer service to get someone online and once we have them and asked for the information they tell us to book an appointment with the advisor who do not give you call on time. Its not only you guys working but we do also work and to wait for hours on call and get someone and say book an appointment with advisor online is frustrating.

Today I went to open a new account with this bank, employee at the entrance didn’t allow me to enter. He told me that you can open account by phone. I came back home to call bank. After 15 minutes of wait no body picked my phone, so I hanged up and now I dropped the idea deal with bank. Thank a lot for letting me understand your working before I started.

The tellers are this location take extremely long to serve a single customer despite the lineup being over a 35 min wait. They entertain silly non- banking requests from their customers which causes this holdup. I was served by Shanice who was the only teller at this branch helping the line move. Thank you for your service.

Been there 4 times but they are not able to solve my problem. I was told that m gonna get call from manager but haven't heard from anyone.

Great services provided by all the employees in these hectic situation.

Good Customer service, especially Ms. Jashan, a staff member, helped me a lot, also advised me, where I needed. I would recommend her a Customer representative, as she is so kind and polite.

I would refer everyone RBC financial institute, due to its excellent customer service like Ms Jashan, a staff member, who provided me the best customer services and she showed the level of professionalism, which RBC holds very well.she is so polite and kind and always eager to help people.

Excellent service and friendly staff i had issues with my interac service mr ali helped me and resolved my issue in few minutes

Great customer service, especially manager is very committed, very patiently deals with customer needs.

Pretty much happy and satisfied with the services provided to me at this branch. Staff member Mr Ali was so humble and patient to answer all my questions with humbleness and she also guided me with her suggestions. Goes without saying that RBC is one of the best bank in terms of customer services.

Gone for some work and didnt have the appointment but the security guy guided me what i have to do and great manager and friendly staff

Worst service by employees, the manager never called back when customer service transferred me to the branch to track my transfer, left a voicemail with my name and number, and it’s been over week no answer and no idea where my money is!
That’s not how you deal with your customers.

This specific location has one of the worst service providers. Amit one of the tellers, decided to tell me that i need to book an appointment for something that has been previously done by other tellers. It seemed he was done working for the day so wanted to make the client come back another day, after i insisted that this is done before he decided to pass me to another teller, eventually ended up getting the work done but over customer service seems poor at this location.

Worst customer service ever. Rating 1 star as there is no way to provide negative. Have been long time customer with RBC with so many products still the service provided by front line customer service was pathetic. Will never recommend this branch.
